"+++ Convenient location near Málaga Airport +++ Very friendly and welcoming staff +++ Free on-site parking --- Persistent and terrible sewer smell in the room that did not improve even with ventilation --- Room located next to the elevator, which produced a noticeable metallic “tack” sound throughout the night --- Limited sleep quality due to continuous elevator activity Overall the hotel offers excellent convenience and kind service, but the noise and odor issues significantly affected the comfort of our stay."

"The hotel is very tidy and clean, with good facilities and in a busy area right in the centre. The staff are friendly super helpful, and the breakfast is a mini version of continental style, very good a good variety for a few days before becoming monotonous. The room is perfect if you want a private, quiet and comfortable place to sleep, but very small if you want more from it. Tip: get the bottom bed, you will have more space without the ladder, and no hassle to climb up (which was quite steep). I’ll definitely stay again."

"We stayed at Holiday Inn Málaga for a night, very good location, close to the airport. Clean hotel, peaceful and good options for breakfast. The guy in the front office was kind and helpful. I forgot to carry an EU charger and when we went to ask for help, this guy offered us chargers to charge our phones. Thanks a lot for the help. Sorry we forgot his name."

"The hostel is located in a 2-3 mins away from the Main Street of city center and there is a supermarket and many restaurants so it was very convenient and felt safe. I wish there is a curtain in each bed and door lock in the bathroom…But staffs were very friendly!"

"I always come to this hotel for the summer holidays and for the Christmas in Spain. The location is fantastic, it is very to the main station of Malaga. I would like to say Thank you so much for the kind receptionists of Eurostars, especially for Mr. Moses. Mr. Mose helped us l lot since we coupd not speak Spanish at all. "The hotel is located right on Calle Larios, the most iconic pedestrian street in Málaga — perfect for exploring the old town, shopping, and accessing local attractions. Despite the central location, the rooms are very quiet, well-insulated, and beautifully decorated with a modern, minimalist touch."

"The room facilities are OK, and the hotel is in a good location. Behind it is the main pedestrian street full of food and small shops. It is also walking distance from the beach and attractions. The only unpleasant thing is that my college friend and I happened to come to this city and rarely meet each other. I stayed here because he booked this place. And we both booked the same room type. My room didn't seem to have the 20㎡ marked. There was only a bed and a bedside table passage on both sides that was only wide enough for two legs. The window faced the hotel patio and it was very dim without the sun, while my friend's room was more than four times larger than mine, facing the street view, and had a giant suite with three balconies. The key is that it was cheaper than mine! ! ! ! Maybe he upgraded, which is very unfair and makes me very unhappy. I don't want to think if it's because my friend is British. Picture 1 is my room, and Picture 3 is me visiting my friend's room. He also sent a fruit plate every day (the big plate on the table). I can't understand. Such differential treatment"

"We came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing. I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service. The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC. Room: Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair... Mini Kitchen: There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself. Shower: The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco. Reception: Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid. We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix. We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them. There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it. Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need."

"Excellent location in the centre of Malaga. The rooms are basic but clean. They are a little worn. There are two cafes in the building which is handy and it's a few minutes walk to many other bars and restaurants. The star point of this hotel is it's proximity to the historic centre of the city. It's nothing fancy but it's a great base for exploring."
