"I love this hotel. Firstly its super close to the airport, the bus takes not even 10mins to get here but more over the staff was so helpful on my trip. I traveled with a bicycle, they let me leave my bicycle case there for 10 days even though its not something they generally offer or do. then when I returned the reception lady suggested to give me a room on the ground floor so I can just bring my bike inside. It seems like a small thing but its something that shows awareness and willingness to help. That trip was amazing by itself but started and ended at this amazing hotel. Would always come back here."

"Before arriving I was apprehensive of this hotel because of number of bad reviews in Google map. However my stay was good may be because we stayed home n this kind of budget option of big hotel chain before so the small room or how compact it was did not surprised us. It is true like in other reviews that this type of room is not suitable for people who are not couple because there is not much of privacy. We like the location- it took us 20 minutes to walk to Old town and central of all activities. I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay but a night or two - it is convenient."

"From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind."

"Everything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France."

"The hotel staff is very customer-oriented, and Mar, in particular, exceeded all expectations: always smiling, friendly, helpful, and ready to resolve any guest issues. Mar created a very welcoming atmosphere, took great care of the guests, and I felt like she genuinely enjoyed her work. In contrast, the waiter Antonio shouldn't be serving guests; he started our breakfast and morning not with a 'good morning' but with a stern demand for our room number. It was clear he radiated a negative energy that affected other colleagues. After we reported it to the hotel, we saw a change, so he has the potential to be more friendly 😉. The hotel was cleaned daily, no complaints there. The hotel's location is superb – a great base for car trips to many places, and there's a bus stop (line 25) right outside for Alcazaba and Malaga Promenade."
