"The room is clean, the hot water shower good pressure, the bed is comfortable. wifi is okay. room to small if you have big lugguge. there is no lift. But parking so difficult. Hotel claim free parking on the road side but it is very diffcult to get one. On check out I seek the reception to help standby at the car for a while but shw she just sook her shoulder. I then try find a space infront entrance of a house and the luckly the girl staying there allowed me to be there for short while I take my luggaage."

"The location is very central, with the New Bridge and the bullring just steps away. Everyone was very helpful; when we stopped across the street to look around, a staff member immediately came out to ask if we were hotel guests, and after receiving confirmation, immediately arranged a temporary parking space for us. Otherwise, parking in front of a tourist attraction would have been quite nerve-wracking. The hotel restaurant has a view and is definitely worth dining at."

"The site is spectacular , especially the views of the Tajo slope, in the old hill, everything at hand wage walk is very close . With regard to staff my daughter Valeria means that Lidia is a wonderful and very attentive woman.Always with a smile and it's not because it's her job but as a person . "The hotel is very warm and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the staff is very dedicated, give us a map of Longda, recommend where to eat and look, and write the name of the delicious small shop to us. But the water from the water pipe in the room should not be drunk, and there is a lot of powder boiled. There is no hot water in the bath at 12 o'clock in the evening. "It is a kind of haciënda quite far outside Ronda on a beautiful place! We had a room on the 2nd floor with private terrace. There is no lift. View of the beautiful glowing landscape with horses nearby. The swimming pool (unheated) is a bit away. Really a superbe location all together. Breakfast available for € 16 pp. You can also have dinner and a drink. Check-in is only from 15.00. It was not possible before."

"The hotel is like an estate! Very beautiful and spacious. The breakfast is beyond praise. The only thing is that the room smelled of burnt plastic and in the morning the air conditioning control unit started smoking and caught fire🙈 but the staff responded quickly and immediately called a technician. and we were moved to the next room. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom, sink and toilet are located at different ends of the room."

"The location is very good, the room is comfortable, the decoration is elegant, the restaurant (dinner on the 2nd floor platform, breakfast on the -1st floor) can enjoy the new bridge and cliff scenery, the service is very good, the hotel has reserved parking spaces in the public parking lot not far away, parking is more convenient (15 euros per day)"

"After a few years, we returned to the hotel we always avoided when visiting Ronda. The previous time, the bathroom flooded, but these things happen, and they resolved it quickly. This time, after checking in in the afternoon and going upstairs to rest, we discovered the TV wasn't working. We called reception, and they didn't seem to appreciate it. One of the two receptionists came up twice trying to fix it and changing the antenna cable—well, that was normal enough. But in the end, I had to go back down because they wouldn't let me change rooms. When I went downstairs, there were several people ahead of me, so I waited for them to finish. The receptionist asked me what I wanted, and I told him I was waiting for a room change. He said I had to wait because there were other guests waiting to check in. I told him I had waited, and frankly, the man wasn't very lucky. It was the first time in my life I'd been rudely told off in a hotel. He was even rather sarcastic and lacked the tact for someone in his position. It's true that I wasn't very tactful, and I answered back, leading to a heated argument, but you can't treat a customer that badly. There are other ways. The hotel is fine, centrally located, and we had no complaints, but frankly, the guy wasn't very tactful. When we checked out, the same people were there again; they just rushed through the process and that was it. A simple apology (which I would have accepted and which was reciprocated) would have sufficed. They need to be more careful about this."
