"I stayed here for a few nights and had a generally acceptable experience. The room itself was a bit old and dated. However, looking past the dated decor, the overall stay was okay. The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities worked without any major issues. The staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. If you are looking for a modern, luxury experience, this might not be the place for you. But if you just need a functional, reasonably priced place to crash for a couple of days, it gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but overall ok."

"The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant atmosphere that creates a very comfortable stay. The interior is stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. However, I believe the hotel should pay more attention to housekeeping and quality control, especially considering it is a newly opened property. The white coffee table in my room was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. When I wiped it with my hand, dust came off immediately. Surprisingly, the other tables in the room were clean, so it seemed that this particular table had been overlooked. I also found dust on the floor beside the glass panel next to the bathtub, which looked as though it had not been cleaned. In addition, there was a loose screw beside the fish tank, along with visible traces of unfinished construction or installation work. These details should have been properly cleaned up and inspected before the room was handed over to guests. The weighing scale also had visible dirty marks on it, which did not leave a good impression. Another disappointment was that I called Guest Services twice to report these issues, but no one answered either call. In the end, I gave up trying. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's beautiful design, elegant ambience, and comfortable bed. My experience would have been much better if more attention had been given to cleanliness, room inspection, and guest service. I hope the management will address these issues, as the hotel has great potential to provide an excellent guest experience. Should the hotel require further clarification, I would be happy to provide videos documenting the issues I encountered during my stay. "Stayed for 5d 4n. Overall was good, staff were very welcoming, limited basement parking. Not sure if we can park at Puteri Basement Parking. No clear instructions given. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bed, we asked for a change after second day of our stay but we noticed the they did not change. The location was superb anyways. Breakfast spread were moderate. We expected more options."

"Out of my surprise this hotel is newly built and operate since March 2026 and very convenient as walking distance to biggest mall in Sarawak- Vivacity Megamall and u can have everything settle over there for food, leisure , shopping, movie etc. While convenience store just located beside the hotel. Easy to move around to BCCK for event and event grab away to Water front area. Cosy stay and the level 5 check in counter is impressive, with nice music and the waiting lounge is amazing with free flow coffee, tea & water. Their concierge service is good. Front desk staff is friendly. Things to improve: - outsource breakfast to Kopitiam beside 7eleven as their serving is very slow and not key in order accordingly with the limited breakfast choices & not buffet style which will be more convenient. - to have a place for laundry service since 11-14floor is not yet operate…"

"As usual, very cozy room! Best bed best pillow. Shower got a good water pressure! Strategic location. All is very well! Always my preference every time in Kuching."

"The location is excellent, with a wide variety of restaurants right on the winding Sarawak River. From the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, you can enjoy the shimmering water and the lush tropical vegetation along both banks. In the morning, you can see the sunrise painting the river."
