"Came here for work, very nice hotel and location is good, next time come Sarawak will definitely choose here again."

"The facilities are run down. The desk in the room had a peeling laminate, and the toilet paper holder was moldy? It was so broken that the holder, which was built into the cabinet, would fall out every time I tried to get toilet paper. I even left a note for the staff asking them to refill the room amenities, but they still weren't replenished. The view was nice though. I also tried to contact the hotel via Trip.com before my arrival with a question, but I never received a response."

"The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant atmosphere that creates a very comfortable stay. The interior is stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. However, I believe the hotel should pay more attention to housekeeping and quality control, especially considering it is a newly opened property. The white coffee table in my room was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. When I wiped it with my hand, dust came off immediately. Surprisingly, the other tables in the room were clean, so it seemed that this particular table had been overlooked. I also found dust on the floor beside the glass panel next to the bathtub, which looked as though it had not been cleaned. In addition, there was a loose screw beside the fish tank, along with visible traces of unfinished construction or installation work. These details should have been properly cleaned up and inspected before the room was handed over to guests. The weighing scale also had visible dirty marks on it, which did not leave a good impression. Another disappointment was that I called Guest Services twice to report these issues, but no one answered either call. In the end, I gave up trying. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's beautiful design, elegant ambience, and comfortable bed. My experience would have been much better if more attention had been given to cleanliness, room inspection, and guest service. I hope the management will address these issues, as the hotel has great potential to provide an excellent guest experience. Should the hotel require further clarification, I would be happy to provide videos documenting the issues I encountered during my stay. "As usual, very cozy room! Best bed best pillow. Shower got a good water pressure! Strategic location. All is very well! Always my preference every time in Kuching."

"The hotel ambiance exudes old-money charm. During my stay, I even had the pleasure of seeing their Sultan King. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is excellent, said to be in the best 'feng shui' spot, feeling grand and impressive. It directly faces the river, and in the evenings, it's very convenient to stroll along the riverside to Marina Bay Sands. The only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't cooling when I checked in, but it was resolved after I reported it. Later that night, I discovered the shower gel dispenser was nearly empty, and no product would come out. Then, the shower drain clogged, quickly flooding the entire bathroom during my quick shower. The hotel does show some signs of aging facilities, but everything else was great."

"4🌟 stay at Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana Wing for 4D3N. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff throughout our trip. Housekeeping also did a good job with room cleanliness and bed arrangement daily. One of the best parts of the stay was the beautiful view overlooking the Kuching Waterfront. The sunset view from the room was really nice and relaxing, especially during the evening. Breakfast had quite a good variety. During our 4D3N stay, the live stall consistently served Laksa Sarawak and Kolomee, which was a nice local touch. The salad section and some hot dishes were changed daily as well, so breakfast did not feel too repetitive. However, for a 4-star hotel, there are still quite a number of maintenance details that need improvement. On our first night, we faced an issue with the air-conditioning not being cold enough. After informing the front counter, the staff responded well and arranged a room change for us. The second room had much better air-conditioning. Another small point for improvement is the room amenities. Coffee and tea were only replenished on the first day of check-in and not refilled during the following days. Overall, still a pleasant stay with good service from the team, but the hotel facilities and maintenance can definitely be improved further."

"My overall experience at The Everly Hotel Kuching was excellent, and I highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and I particularly recommend the sea salt coffee – it was really good and worth trying. The hotel's best feature is its location, directly connected to a mall, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. All in all, the comfortable stay, excellent service, and convenient location mean I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kuching."
