Guest UserThe hotel was generally comfortable and clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient. Bugis MRT station is directly accessible from the mall to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very easy. You can also take the MRT directly from the airport. This time, I stayed on the 13th floor, and Ann Han, a Chinese lady who has lived in Singapore for twenty years, was our housekeeper. She was incredibly warm and had excellent service attitude, always proactively asking when would be a good time to clean and if there was anything needed for the room. Hotel guests also get a 30% discount at Luce restaurant downstairs. Compared to many hotels in Marina Bay, I would definitely choose this one again.

The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to the subway station. The room offers views of Marina Bay. The room size is quite generous, and it was kept very clean. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable; I have neck issues, but I felt fine after several nights here. The shower pressure was great, and the rain shower also had good pressure. There was indeed a queue for breakfast, but it usually only took a few minutes. While breakfast wasn't exceptional, it had all the essentials. The service was excellent, and some hotel staff spoke Chinese. One day, my child had an upset stomach, and the hotel chef kindly prepared plain congee, preserved vegetables, and fermented tofu – a bit of a hidden menu item! I regret not catching the chef's name; he was a middle-aged Chinese-speaking chef who worked evenings at the Oscar restaurant. If I visit Singapore again, I'd likely choose this hotel.

DiscovererWe stayed at this hotel in July 2026. From Changi Airport, we took the MRT. After clearing customs, you need to follow the signs for 'Train to city' or 'MRT'. On the way, buy an Ez-link card at one of the tourist kiosks. We were offered an unlimited pass for $40, but we declined and bought top-up cards for $10 each, valid for our transit period in Singapore. From Singapore Airport to the city center, you first need to travel two stops to Tanah Merah station, alight at platform B, and then board a train marked 'to city' from the same platform. This is on the Green Line. Get off at Raffles Place station. Then, go up the stairs or take the elevator, and once upstairs, look for Exit D or E. Exit D is closer and more convenient for the hotel, but it goes through a shopping mall which might be closed in the evenings or on weekends. From either exit, turn right and walk along the main road without turning off. The main entrance of the building where the hotel is located leads to the CapitaSpring business center. You don't need to enter there; instead, walk a few meters past the main entrance on the right side, towards the taxi stand, where you'll find the hotel entrance. From there, you need to go up to the 9th floor, where the reception is. The hotel has three elevators: one for the reception from the 1st to the 9th floor, which is accessible to everyone. The second elevator goes from the 9th to the 17th floor and can only be used with a room key card. This elevator leads to the guest rooms. The third elevator is on the 17th floor in the garden and leads to the 51st floor observation deck, which is only open on weekdays until 6 PM.
Water dispensers are located opposite the elevators on each floor. To use the elevator to the rooms, you need to tap your key card and select your floor on the panel; the panel will then indicate which of the three elevators (by a letter designation) will arrive. The staff were polite. There was no deposit required upon check-in, but they asked for a credit card number for registration. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have a good view. The renovation is fresh. The curtains are practically blackout, providing excellent darkening. However, there's a green sensor light on the ceiling in the room's hallway that seems quite bright at night, like a nightlight. This didn't bother us, but if you want to sleep in complete darkness, you won't be able to without a sleep mask. The soundproofing in the rooms is good; we couldn't hear our neighbors. The room has everything necessary, including a refrigerator, an ironing board, and an iron. There's also a safe, a capsule coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities, and even soft hangers in the wardrobe. The pillows felt uncomfortable to me, but that's probably the only drawback. The room was cleaned daily; trash was emptied, and towels were changed. The Wi-Fi was good. Overall, we liked the hotel, including its central location.

Guest User1. The location is super convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk from City Hall MRT station. It's very close to attractions like Gardens by the Bay (if you're up for a walk, it's about 2.8km, which felt manageable when I walked back to the hotel from the Flower Dome with my kids at night).
2. The hotel facilities are simple, clean, and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. Most importantly, it's very quiet, which is great for a light sleeper like me.
3. The front desk service was excellent. They could communicate in Chinese and even allowed me to check in early; I arrived at 11 AM and was able to check in right away.
4. Kids under 6 eat breakfast for free, making it very family-friendly.
5. There's a pool with both shallow and deep sections, perfect for young children to play in.
6. Dining is very easy; just turn left out of the hotel and cross the street to Funan Mall, where you can find plenty of food options and an affordable supermarket to buy water cheaply.

xiaojin_188The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. The driver dropped us off at the entrance of one apartment building, and we only found out the hotel was in the building behind it after asking the housekeeper of the adjacent apartment, who kindly showed us the way. We arrived around 7 AM, and the front desk said check-in wasn't until 3 PM, so we just left our luggage there, which was convenient. The hotel is very close to the subway, and there are covered walkways everywhere you go nearby, so you don't have to worry about the sun. We were able to check in directly when we went back at 2:30 PM. We stayed in a suite on the 9th floor, which required a key card to access the elevator and select our floor. We booked a two-bedroom suite: the twin beds were a bit small, but pushed together they made a 1.8-meter king-size bed, so essentially both rooms were 1.8-meter king rooms, each with its own bathroom. It was perfect for a family of three. The mattresses were comfortable, and we slept well. The room was clean and tidy. Although the sheets and pillowcases weren't changed during our three-night stay, we brought our own disposable toiletries, so it wasn't a big deal. The living room had a washing machine and pots and pans, so we could buy simple groceries from the supermarket and cook our own meals, which was a nice experience. The service throughout our stay was decent.

Jossa Flores FangoniloWe celebrate our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our time at the hotel and near the areas of Sentosa. It’s like a home away from home.
We appreciated the warm welcome, especially as my husband had just celebrated his birthday before our stay
Keep it up and definitely will choose this hotel again💛🏝️

Guest UserFirst time experiencing this so called bus hotel. Will say is a once in a lifetime experience. However, the amenities provided was not adequate. I don’t see hand towel or extra leg towels etc. service wise not bad. We booked the mystery room and the bed was circular , very special design.

CassgwlLovely stay! first time here and it was an awesome 2 nights stay! I booked it for my Birthday Staycaytion and wanted to peaceful stay! Staff were super friendly and gave me a room upgrade!! ♥️ Nice and clean, uninterrupted room and restful!!! 10/10!! Amenities were great and sufficient. I also tried to keep the place neat and tidy before checking out so that the housekeeping staff wouldn’t be so tired and make their lives easier!
I wasn’t expecting the room upgrade (maybe cause it was my birthday) but thanks to staff Ariff that helped with the check-in! 😊 the room upgrade was really a bonus and helps a lot with the experience of my stay here - cause of the awesome view!!! 🥰♥️ It was amazing!! (for me at least) was unexpected but an amazing solo staycaytion experience here! nothing to pick on!
