The rooms were very clean, and the hotel’s location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary tray of snacks and drinks, and because we were celebrating our anniversary, our room was upgraded to a better room free of charge. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and had a great experience at the hotel.

The location is great, and we even extended our stay for another night. The breakfast was pretty much the same, though, so a bit of variety would be nice. The rooms are fine. We even received a local Yiwu souvenir when checking out, which was a thoughtful touch.

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

The location is right next to the Marriott. Yiwu isn't very big, so everything is pretty close by. The room was decent, but the bed was incredibly comfortable, just the right firmness – I slept like a baby 👍. The shower pressure was also strong. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the noodle station was delicious, though a bit slow.

Facilities: To be honest, the decor looks quite trendy, but the carpets and such felt a bit old and worn. Hygiene: Because it was old, it didn't feel very clean. I started sneezing as soon as I entered the room. Later, when I went to a nearby mall, I suspect it was due to plush toys, and my rhinitis flared up. Environment: It's directly opposite Yiwu Heart, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was pretty good, probably because it was a weekend. The room, however, felt a bit small. Service: The service was excellent. They arranged a room away from the street for us and provided disposable toiletries and slippers for the child. Any issues were addressed very quickly.

Service: The little girl took us to see the house in person. The service was warm, thoughtful and sincere. Environment: The bed is very comfortable, it's quiet at night, and the hygiene is very good The overall experience is very good. I will stay at the hotel again next time and my family will be satisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. A very special thank you to Miss Iris, who truly made our stay exceptional. She kindly upgraded our room, which made our trip even more enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, patiently answering all of my questions and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Every time I had a problem, I simply reached out to her, and it was solved right away. She also made both the check-in and check-out process quick and effortless. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness are a real credit to the hotel. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options. My absolute favorite part of the hotel was the Executive Lounge. It became my go-to place to relax, work, and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and the view is simply the best in town. It’s the perfect space if you want to unwind or get some work done. While I wasn’t particularly impressed with the swimming pool and sauna (I have experienced better facilities at other hotels) but the gym definitely made up for it. It was well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Reformer Pilates machines, which is something you don’t often see in hotel gyms. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The outstanding service, especially from Miss Iris, the excellent food, and the Executive Lounge made this a memorable experience. I feel so lucky to have found such a warm and welcoming hotel during my travels! The room was beautifully decorated and cozy, and the cleanliness was exceptional – even the corners were spotless. When I came back in the evening, the front desk attendant thoughtfully offered me a cup of hot water, instantly melting away the fatigue of my journey. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I had booked a stay at the Yiwu International Hotel, but due to a last-minute change in my itinerary, I couldn't check in as planned. However, the hotel staff's incredibly thoughtful, efficient, and responsible service left me with a perfect experience, and I couldn't help but write this heartfelt positive review! Before my trip, I had a large number of online purchases delivered to the hotel's B0 level, planning to pick them up and use them during my stay. But due to the unexpected itinerary change, my travel plans were altered, and I couldn't check in on time, leaving numerous packages at the hotel that I couldn't personally retrieve. The issue of how to handle these multiple packages immediately made me anxious; with so many items of varying types, self-handling would be very troublesome, and traveling back and forth from another location was simply not feasible. Taking a chance, I immediately contacted the hotel staff and explained my special situation, requesting that all stored packages be located, packed, and forwarded to a new address. I expected such a non-standard, additional request would be complicated and likely rejected, but to my surprise, the staff member was incredibly thoughtful, promptly accepted the request, and proactively and patiently handled my unique needs throughout the entire process. After clarifying my request and recipient information, the staff member wasted no time and immediately went to the storage area on the hotel's B0 level. Following all the shipping information I provided, they meticulously searched for and verified each package one by one. Because there were many stored items, finding, verifying, and categorizing them required a lot of time and effort, but the staff member was thorough and organized throughout, not missing a single item, and successfully helped me gather all the stored packages. After locating all the packages, the staff member did not handle them carelessly but followed up on all subsequent procedures. They carefully helped me verify the number of packages, their appearance, and the integrity of the items. After confirming everything was correct, they meticulously organized and packed them, ensuring the multiple items were properly arranged to prevent bumps or loss during transit. Simultaneously, they proactively kept me updated on the progress at every step, making the entire process clear and transparent, allowing me, despite being far away, to be completely at ease and worry-free. From locating, verifying, organizing, and packing to arranging forwarding, the entire process was seamless, professional, and efficient, perfectly solving my problem of being unable to pick up items from a different location and needing urgent forwarding. The service attitude throughout was gentle, patient, and proactive. Faced with a guest's sudden and special request, there was no perfunctory response or shirking of responsibility; instead, their exceptional service details resolved all my concerns. I've always believed that truly excellent hotel service isn't just about the room environment and facilities, but more about the unexpectedly warm service and the sense of responsibility in resolving issues. Yiwu International Hotel truly practiced empathy and thoughtful service for its guests, treating a guest's small matter as a significant one. This special service experience made me feel incredibly warm and made me truly remember this hotel as one with warmth, responsibility, and quality. The room was great, especially the warm reception from Butler Xu. From the moment we checked in, he helped us with our luggage, introduced us to fun places nearby, told us what to look out for and what to bring when soaking in the hot springs, and even switched us to a room with a better view. He told us to reach out to him if we needed anything. The hot springs were really comfortable and effective for relieving fatigue. I'll definitely go back with friends next time.
