TravisOA short 5-7 minute grab ride from either the Kanchanaburi bus terminal or the train station. Check in was smooth and the front desk managed to fully meet our preferred room specifications. Depending on the hotel’s overall occupancy rate, one may have a full buffet spread (which we enjoyed the variety) or, a partial one (with one selected main course). Room is clean and spacious for the price paid. The shower head could be improved to have a better flow of the water. Gym equipment would require some improvements as well. Other than these 2 minor aspects, we will return to stay especially it’s within walking distance the delicious On’s Thai Issan Vegetarian restaurant.

Very clean accommodation, shoes off in the building as a policy. The room was rather small although fully functional with a narrow balcony for smoking. The bathroom was tiny with the shower and toilet combined and a small wash basin that the door hit against on the way in. There’s no shelving either to place a toiletry bag etc. Coffee and biscuits, light snacks, are available as a substitute breakfast .
There’s room out front for three cars to park and you have 24 hour access with the key fob. The lady running the place is a delightful person, always willing to help and very friendly. The location is perfect for nightlife. I’d stay again.

Having heard so much about this place until we decided to take our chance to ”have a feel” on it. The hotel's location is so convenient and directly outside, several night life spots, and a convenient store is within 500m circle. The hotel was guarded by security and there were several car parking lots available. The room is spacious and there is also a gym and mini library there. Breakfast was good and different food was provided on our 2 days stay. Definitely a good hotel to recommend.

Guest UserI recently stayed at a beautiful hotel right on the River Kwai and it was truly wonderful! 😀 The location offered such a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. Everything I could possibly need for a relaxing getaway was readily available. It felt like the perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable vacation experience. #RiverKwai #Thailand #Travel #Getaway #Relaxation

The hotel is located on the city's main street, close to massage shops, food stalls, bars, and restaurants. It's also on a quiet side street, so the room is quiet. The Bridge Kwai is a couple of kilometers away. Bicycles are available for rent on the main street for 80 baht per day. There are private cabanas around the pool and cabanas facing the restaurant. There's also a separate three-story building. We stayed on the third floor, which was ideal because the hotel bar and pool were a bit noisy in the evenings. Three rooms on this floor have a private veranda, and each room has chairs and a table outside the door, so you can sit and watch the sunset. Towels and two bottles of water are left on the table daily.
The room is spacious, with a large, comfortable bed. Our door lock (a standard one for between rooms) didn't work, but they gave us a padlock, which was even better. There's air conditioning, but no kettle (we bring our own). The bathroom has a wall-mounted shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet. Large bottles of soap and shampoo are provided. Breakfast vouchers are provided upon check-in, and it's served from 7 a.m. onwards. Breakfast offers a choice of dishes from the menu, including an omelet, traditional rice and meatball soup, toast with fried eggs, muesli with fruit, and other options, plus juice/coffee/tea and sliced fruit.

Good service, good quiet place, but the 2nd floor is not cool, go to rest in March, the weather should be hot, the ground floor should be cooler than the facilities are good, breakfast has a variety to choose from. Overall, it is good.

It used to be a very good hydrophilic hotel, right by the river, at a reasonable price. The first time I lived was 9 years ago, and it was very quiet at night. But this time I checked in, the music of the merchants across the river was huge. It didn't stop at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. It came again at 6 o'clock in the morning. It was fried and I couldn't sleep at all. Reflected with the front desk, but the hotel couldn't help it.

Breakfast had a good spread of continental and Asian options. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Towels and sheets look new and clean. The foaming hand and body wash provided was not suitable for washing long hair so I had to buy shampoo from the 7eleven store nearby. Area where the hotel is situated is quiet but well-lit. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we will be back the next time we visit Kanchanaburi.

Anonymous UserThe place is spacious, with accommodations divided into several zones. The cottages are well-partitioned, but you have to be careful walking around at night, even though there are lights along the way. In the morning, I was greeted by a monitor lizard. The room has shampoo and soap, but no toothbrush, towel, or hairdryer. The bed is comfortably firm. The food is in the Thai food section with 4-5 dishes. I tried their signature dish and it was very filling and delicious, but I felt thirsty afterward. I suspect there was too much MSG.
Next door is another resort that plays loud music until past 11 PM. There's absolutely no room for relaxation. Room A1-5, I just have to accept the consequences of something I didn't do.

Very nice hotel. We rented a room on a raft. I really enjoyed swimming and jumping off the mattress! Free kayaks provided. The walls are thin, so you can hear all the conversations of the neighbors, but it's not scary) I was cold at night, so they provided an extra blanket. Breakfast is delicious, not a very big choice, but quite enough. Nice hosts! I recommend
