"I stayed at this hotel and overall I was satisfied with my choice. The reservation staff were very polite, friendly, and professional, which made a great first impression. The hotel complex offers very convenient facilities such as a café, a restaurant, and even a Migros supermarket, so you don’t need to leave the hotel for your daily needs. The only downsides in my opinion are the relatively long distance from Alanya city center — although there are buses and shuttle services available — and the music, which starts every day at 10 a.m. and continues until late at night. A hotel should be a calm place for guests to relax and rest, but this constant music can be quite disturbing, especially for those who need quiet time in their rooms. Please consider adjusting the music volume so the hotel atmosphere can be calmer and more suitable for guests to relax and rest."

"The administrator refused to check me in because there was no reservation in the database. He was not interested in any of my proofs of reservation. After several hours of sorting things out with support, the administrator gave me the keys. This is a 4-star hotel, they treat guests so strangely"

"Check in 5 minutes. Check out - 1 minute. The receptionists are mostly Russian-speaking. There is an elevator to all floors, but it is small. The room is exactly as shown in the photos. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Good internet. Combined bathroom. Small refrigerator. Balcony with drying rack. Dishes are provided. But you need to bring your own dishwashing liquid, cutting board, and good knife. Iron and ironing board upon request. Cleaning every day. Parking is very small, but you can find spaces nearby. The building is located at a busy intersection, you can hear traffic. Dalmatas beach is a leisurely 10-15 minutes' walk away. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are around every corner. We spent two weeks in early October with pleasure."

"The hotel is well located, up to the sea 5 minutes walk. Near the cave and the lift to the fortress. The hotel itself has a system all included, a variety of food, apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner there is still a bar in the daytime at the pool."

Clean and spacious rooms, wonderful staff, delicious cuisine - they even cooked things that weren't on the menu) a handsome security guard who sleeps on the floor all the time - Rocky, a dog))) a clean pool, has its own beach! Right next to the hotel - a supermarket, drugstore, ATMs, cafes - everything you want! I even found a cafe at 2 am that works around the clock. I recommend it to everyone!"

"This is the best city hotel! I've finally found my favorite hotel in Alanya! ❤️ Upon arrival, we were given the option to choose from three rooms. We settled on building 4, a room with two bedrooms and a shared living room with a TV. It was a very spacious, clean, bright, and cozy room! The food at the hotel is excellent! Chef Ali is always in the restaurant and speaks Russian. The food is incredibly tasty and varied! For breakfast, there are eggs prepared three ways, pastries, and a wide variety of cheeses!!! Lunch and dinner always include grilled fish and various meats (chicken, turkey, lamb), two soups, a diet corner, two types of pasta, spaghetti, rice, potatoes, freshly baked pide with different fillings, açma, several hot dishes, fruits (apples, oranges, melon, watermelon, grapefruit), and many desserts. The hotel grounds are small but there's enough space for everyone. Building 4 has its own bar, pool, hammam, and gym. The main building has a fantastic pool and smaller ones for children. The staff are truly a gem and a highlight of this hotel! A special thank you to Veronika for her attention, understanding, help, and conversation! She's a wonderful person and a professional hotel employee! There's excellent animation three times a week! The hotel's location is perfect for city strolls. It's a quick 7-minute walk to the sea, but it's better to take your time and enjoy the beautiful city, making it a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. There's also a shuttle to the beach. Many cats live on the hotel grounds! Don't forget to feed some and definitely pet a few! Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a delicious, cozy vacation surrounded by pleasant people! We will definitely come back! 💗"
