"Hotel is very beautiful. Personal perfect. Breakfasts are chic. The beach is beautiful, but we still liked the beach next to Ulash. I wish there was no transfer and the night club in the port no longer works in November, and the beach is preparing for closing, there isn't much there anymore."

"The building itself is old, but it is well maintained, the rooms are very clean. For the lowest price in the city and budget category very good. There is a kitchen with dishes, teapot, refrigerator. Big plus that the house itself is warm. I was in March in cold weather, but not cold. The location is convenient, it is a quiet street, to the sea 5-7 min walking, next to the hotel supermarket and ATMs, the taxi station. From the downsides: the blankets are old, not modern 😁 chick, but it didn't like."

"Ugh, I just got back from this hotel! I'm either speechless or overwhelmed! My daughter and I ended up in the hospital on an IV. They said it was a combination of swallowing too much seawater and food poisoning, all in one day! Or maybe I just petted too many of those stupid Turkish cats! But I only ate dinner at the hotel! Towards the end of our trip, I noticed the manager, or owner, only ate meat and vegetables. Draw your own conclusions! About the hotel: super boring! Literally just lie around, eat, and lights out at 11 PM! To each their own, but it's an old folks' vacation. BUT! We had a large international group, aged 19 to 45, so we weren't bored! 15 minutes to the sea, I specifically chose it so we'd have to walk, and we didn't regret it. Staff: everyone's good! If you don't speak English, this isn't the place for you! Germans, Swedes, etc... the staff don't speak Russian. There's just one strange lady in thick tights at the entrance to the 'restaurant' for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I never figured out her function, but she's Russian, maybe someone's relative. If you have questions, ask quickly! 😀 The hotel is so-so, I'm not picky, I've stayed in luxury and budget places, this one is an acquired taste... seems good, but not really. Mixed feelings. For young girls: there's a very handsome guy who introduces himself as the manager to everyone. He's like he's walking on tiptoes – stay away from him! Reception: everyone is kind, just don't be rude to anyone – no one likes that, even in Russia. Samet! Oh, this guy invites everyone to 'I love Alanya' or the disco. He might invite everyone at once, maybe someone will agree. Anyway, this is the first time I'm writing such a long review. So, there were emotions. Maybe it wasn't all that bad?"

"The hotel is well located, up to the sea 5 minutes walk. Near the cave and the lift to the fortress. The hotel itself has a system all included, a variety of food, apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner there is still a bar in the daytime at the pool."

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel from March 7th to 18th, 2026. We stayed in wonderful room 601 on the 6th floor. The balcony offered a magnificent view of the mountains on one side and a slice of sea on the other. The nearby road didn't interfere. The room was cleaned every day. It was very cozy and clean. The large room actually consists of two rooms. The air conditioners were excellent, keeping us warm, as the March nights were chilly. The plumbing and furniture were new. It felt like the owner himself lived in the room, as it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Convenient location. The first Cleopatra beaches and the ski lift are a 10-minute walk away. The markets are a 10-minute walk away. The nearest Shock store is a 2-minute walk away. Aiganym was available at reception every three days and was always available. Thanks to her, we received a wealth of useful information! Thanks to the TripCom team, too. Payment by Mir card was instant, and confirmation arrived within a minute! I was a little worried since it was my first time booking."

"The hotel is in the most convenient location in a side street opposite the cable car station. Cleopatra Beach is across the road, opposite a 24-hour supermarket, Migros is two minutes away, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. Single room with a large bed, not cramped, has a table and chair, refrigerator, wardrobe. There is a balcony. The plumbing and shower are new. Wonderful staff, they will always give you advice if needed. Cleaning every day. Breakfast from 8 to 10. Everyone gets a plate of buns, butter, egg, cheese, sausage plus bread, vegetables, jam on the buffet. There is a restaurant with tables outside or inside in the shade. The hotel does not have its own territory or swimming pool; it is a city hotel, but in the very center of events and very close to the beach. Even to the Red Tower on the other side of the mountain it’s a 20-minute walk. Safe in the room and air conditioning for a small additional fee. It's not that hot in May, so I didn't take it."

"A good hotel in Alania, it can be said that it is a four but with a mistake that is in Alania. Normal breakfast. Good location close to the beach and to the main center(I think it is a starbucks). WiFi works well. There is a gym, but a scarce. The rooms are big. There is another cool chip: this is a view of the sea and... the cemetery) you can look at the sunset and sunset of any life.
