"This hotel made me very unhappy! First of all, I booked breakfast and the breakfast room waiter charged me. I explained that my room rate included breakfast and the waiter said OK. We checked out after breakfast, no one asked me to confirm if there was any consumption, but charged me $35 for breakfast! This consumption does not have my confirmation form! I cannot accept this indiscriminate charging behavior. In addition, the hotel does not have a parking lot, want to park ~ can find the hotel's paid valet parking service. When I wanted to leave the next morning, I waited for half an hour before the hotel drove my car back, which was very inconvenient. I wrote these questions out, I wanted to remind friends who want to book this hotel, and I must consider the above questions before booking. At the same time, I want to praise the excellent service of Trip.com , they used the money of Trip.com to refund the overcharged money of the hotel. Although the $35 is not much, the hotel's bad behavior is more intimate and thoughtful. I give this hotel a bad review and give Trip.com praise! I will never book a Garden Inn anywhere."
