Hotel location is good, 5 minutes walk to the intersection of the square, the airport bus station. The 24-hour cafeteria is a great way to recharge and recharge the passengers who are displaced. The hotel is 800 meters from the well-known check-in point. In addition to the strong perfume smell in the hotel lobby and the strong laundry powder smell in the room. Others are good. Next time I go, I might consider staying here again.

Pros: - The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful - If you request something, such as an iron etc., it’s always on time and without delay - Everything was clean. I cannot complain about the cleaning standards. Cons - the room is quite dark despite the lights available - The view, especially the back view, was dreary and depressing, considering I had a long flight from Asia compared to my sister, who flew from Europe and didn’t need the rest as much as I did. Every day, I woke up to a very depressing view. It’s not ideal, and it's poor for someone who may enjoy visuals. - The sockets were annoying; one didn’t work, and the kettle station needed to be handheld or changed elsewhere. Twice, I held the kettle button down manually to make coffee because I couldn’t be bothered for someone to come and check or replace it as I was in a rush - The furniture and carpets are outdated in style and appearance. It makes the hotel look way older - There’s a door holder behind the bathroom door, which lands in the middle, next to the toilet. I hurt myself a few times because I keep forgetting it’s there and, therefore, poorly designed - Unfortunately, we forgot to bring our toothpaste and toothbrush, though I wasn’t expecting Best Western not to have them in your room. You have to request them every day. The housekeeper didn’t leave them or free water for us daily, only on the first day. So I’m not sure if she’s been forgetting to give us any, or it’s only complimentary water on day 1. - The wardrobe is tiny and in such a hidden, awakened position. It was dark black and looked like glass. We had to call the staff to show us. It’s in a weird place - Slippers: Again, much like the water, we were only given slippers on the first day. I understand the need to go green, but given that we stayed for four nights, it would be hygienic to give us a new set. On the last day, we had to wear our own shoes inside the room, which wasn’t great. - We paid € 15 additional for breakfast daily €. It was basic but not bad. But the time until 10:30AM is good. Overall, was it worth the money we paid for four nights? No. The only highlights were ,mentioned among the professional staff members and cleanliness standards.

Cleanliness & amenities 0/5 I hate to say this but everything about the infrastructure is awful and disgusting, I don’t know which year is was built in or renovated, but once you entered the room you’ll spot moulds in almost every corner, floors are cracked and walls are filthy with stains. The air conditioning is barely working, no matter how cold you set it to, it will always keeps your room at 26 degree celsius which is really really hot in the summer. You really need to renovate your place because you are not qualified even as a hotel let alone a “4-star”, it’s merely a place to crash one night. Can’t imagine how I slept through in such filthy condition. Also Breakfast is low quality, as expected after seen the room. Location & Service 5/5 The exceptional service and friendliness brought by Mr. Osvaldo were the only pleasant things out of this stay. He should be recognized. Promote him or give him a raise.

Very beautiful hotel. Excellent location, good cleaning service. There was a big problem when checking in, they gave us a room without windows, not the one in the photo when booking. They did not want to change it for a long time and demanded money for an ”upgrade” of the room. This spoiled the impression of the hotel. If this problem had not happened - an excellent hotel, 10 points out of 10☀️

Pretty nice hostel. Rooms are nice, beds are okay. Common spaces are great, you can work, chill, play pool or board games in the lobby, cook/eat on the kitchen, there's everything that you might need. Breakfast is really good. The only downside is that if you want to to store your belongings securely in the safe, you need to pay additional charge. If you want to lock your locker you need to by a lock on reception (but you also can bring your own).

I had a very positive experience staying at the hostel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Diagonal Metro station, making it easy to get around Barcelona. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet at night, which made for a comfortable and restful stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and simple. I booked a bed in the shared 6-bed in-suite accommodation. The room was clean, with fresh sheets and pillows, and the common areas, including the bathroom, were well-maintained. One improvement could be adding privacy curtains around the beds, which would enhance comfort for guests in shared rooms. Also, offering the option to choose between an upper or lower bed would be helpful. As my stay was brief, I didn’t get a chance to use many of the hostel's facilities. The buffet had a reasonable variety, though expanding the vegetarian options would be a welcome addition. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-located stay that met my needs, and I’d recommend it to others visiting Barcelona.
