Just a clean place for sleeping near the center of the city. Nothing else. They charge us 27 euro for tax that you have to pay there again. No refrigerator no tea nothing in the room. Just a place for sleep.

It's close to the cruise port and within walking distance of Boqueria Market. The metro station is also a short walk away.
The room wasn't big, but it was clean.
The water provided in the room was in an opened bottle that had been replaced with tap water. There was no refrigerator.
I recommend buying water at the supermarket right next door.
The breakfasts were all delicious and of very high quality.
