Good location near to beach and mall. Distance 12 euro taxi from La Rambla. Purobeach is great fun. Room size is good. Lift is complicated. Bathroom bidet was leaking. Overall good hotel.

Perfect location, near the beach.
The room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly especially Frankie. There’s a big mall across the the hotel with lots of local and foreign restaurants. We wanted to extend our stay here for 2 more days but unfortunately it was fully booked that time. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hilton Diagonal Mar. 😎

Stains all over the carpet floor, took several videos incase I was accused… told management and they disregarded it. Said they would send someone over to clean it but nothing was ever done. My deposit still hasn’t been returned after 15 days, I asked on the way out could I have the deposit as several other hotels that I’ve stayed in Barcelona returned my deposit the same day… they advised me it would be refunded instantly and they checked the room and said I would be granted the full deposit to not worry. Still no refund and no response to emails.

I had a great overall experience at the Hilton Hotel. The location is excellent, with beautiful views, nearby eating joints, and the beach just a short walk away. Public transport is also conveniently located, which made getting around very easy.
The hotel was extremely busy during my stay, with several conferences happening. This made the buffet area crowded and it was sometimes difficult to find a seat. However, the buffet spread itself was good, offering a variety of options.
The staff at both the reception and restaurant were generally very nice and welcoming. That said, a few staff members at the restaurant seemed disinterested and were quick to say "no" to requests, which was a bit disappointing.
Despite the minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its great location, views, and amenities.

Staff were awesome, room was great. Very comfortable bed and sheets.
Spent time at the pool in the afternoon both days, which was really relaxing. They need to heat it though and also have a hot pool. Easy to do and would make it perfect!
Highly recommend staying during summer, close to metro which was bonus, as it's a little away from centre, but right next to the nice end of beach.
