Place was very large and comfortable but they are not up front on charging the 170€ cleaning charge, there is also tourist tax that is not included and they were very very slow on returning the deposit. Showers heads wet everywhere in the bathroom, bathroom window didn’t lock, cutlery was not real clean. But these were things we could cope with. When we checked out the place was left cleaner than when we arrived & all the left listed cleaning requirements were done. Great other than the massive cleaning bill but it really put a downer on our trip.

Clean, cozy, quiet and spacious for our family. Great service too, thanks all the staff for their help! The apartments are in a central, quiet neighborhood and brand new. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has all amenities we needed.

My pregnant Girlfriend and I were wanting to take our last trip before the Baby arrives. I tested positive for Corona the day before our flight and notified the agents immediately to ask to reschedule - because we can no longer legally travel. -They responded bluntly saying that they would not consider rescheduling or offering us other dates, and are simply keeping our money - this holiday that is no longer happening is going to cost us over €1000. Heartless, blunt and completely unflexible. I cannot imagine the service one would receive when staying at these properties considering the treatment we have received without even stepping foot in Barcelona. Very disappointed and saddened by this experience. 0 stars
