We had an excellent stay at Bedmates Hostel in Barcelona. Location is perfect for sightseeing around Barcelona with La Ramblas within walking distance to the hostel and the metro only a minutes walk to get out to the other landmarks. Our room was very clean on arrival and had all the facilities we needed for our nights stay, all for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and would definitely consider staying again when visiting Barcelona.

Great hotel! Especially with a family. Very clean and modern facility. Lovely daily breakfast. Amazing, helpful employees. I would definitely come back to this hotel again. Only wonderful positive things to say about our stay. Give it a try.

Τhe apartment was perfect. We had plenty of heat, it was very clean. The staff was kind and answered all of our questions. I will prefer it again when I go to the city. The apartment even had appropriate wine glasses. it is suitable for people with requirements.Thank you

My booking was for 3 nights at the end of October 2023 for an apartment accommodating my family which consists of 5 adults. We booked well in advance the apartment. The apartment allocated to us had 3 bathrooms but the two of them were smelling very badly. We arrived very late and the first night I did not sleep at all as one of the toilets was next to our room and the smell was all over even with door closed. The next morning I complained and I was told that this bad smell is all over the city of Barcelona. I had to insist and argue a lot with the reception and finally they offered us another apartment for 8 people this time and we were told that this arrangement was for 1 one night only and the third night we would move to another location. That apartment was ok, no smell. The third night we were told that we had to go to an apartment not far away from the hotel. Then they realized that this apartment could accommodate only 4 persons and not five and they insisted that we go back to the first smelly apartment. Again we started arguing with the reception and finally we ended staying in two separate rooms. Our stay in Bedmates hotel ruined our stay in Barcelona because we waisted long time arguing with reception and having a difficult unhealthy first night.

Such a cozy place to stay! starting from rooms interior to staff everything was perfect!! ( so clean!!) Definitely recommend it! The next time i come to Barca a will forsure stay at Hostal Bedmates! Speacial thanx to Sergio and Edward! You guys rock with your friendly atmosphere :)

Very friendly staff, who gave us some great local info on check in. The room, although nice enough and a good size, really smelt of damp. Most likely because the en-suite bathroom has no ventilation. The shower was hot and powerful however ladies, bring a shower cap as the shower is an over head rain shower so no way to avoid getting the hair wet with out one. We were only there 2 nights and the hotel provided the perfect base for us to explore the city. We used the cabify app to get to and from the airport which was much cheaper than the normal taxis. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will likely return in the future.

Last month me and my brother visited Barcelona for the first time. We stayed in Hostal Bedmates that is located near to the public transportation and places to see so it is easy to make your way and plan the sightseeing. They don't offer breakfast however there are plenty of shops, restaurants and fast food around the area. I love the fact that we could have easily find the location of it arriving from the airport, as it was in late hours. Also very important that the rooms are clean and tidy with very comfortable mattresses so we had a good rest after a long day of walking and exploring the city. Kind regards to Edvard and Sergio for their hospitality, made us feel welcome and looked after. We had a great experience in Barcelona overall and went home with happy faces and lots of stories. :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Hostal & Apartamentos Bedmates. Rooms were spotlessly clean and maintained each day. Location was perfect approx 15 mins walk to city centre. Sergio, the manager, was extremely helpful giving many recommendations on what to do in Barcelona. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this hostel!

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΉ!!! Χρέωσαν ζημίες χωρις λόγο. Φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο κάναμε check in. αφήσαμε τις αποσκευές μας στα δωμάτιο και πήγαμε για φαγητο. Επιστρέψαμε και λίγη ώρα μετά φύγαμε για να πάμε στο ποδοσφαιρικό παιχνιδι. Επιστρέψαμε από το γήπεδο αργά. Κοιμηθηκαμε 2 ώρες και στις 4 το πρωί κάναμε check out και φύγαμε για το αεροδρόμιο. Μετά δυο μερες βρήκα στην πιστωτική μου κάρτα μια χρέωση 291.90 ευρώ. τους ρώτησα το λογο και μου είπαν οτι χάλασα την τηλεόραση. Τους είπα ότι δεν την άνοιξα γιατί δεν είχα χρονο αλλά ούτε Ισπανικά ξέρω. Αλλά δεν άλλαξαν απόφαση. Δεν μου επέστρεψαν ποτέ τα χρήματά μου. Γιαυτό αν πάτε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχειο να προσέχετε πολύ μην σας χρεώσουν κάτι που δεν κάνατε. Όταν κάνετε chek in να ζητάτε από την ρεσεψιόν να έρχεται και να ελέγχει ότι όλα είναι καλα. Και όταν κάνετε check out πάλι να ζητάτε από την ρεσεψιόν να πηγενει στο δωμάτιο μαζί σας για βλέπει ότι όλα είναι κανονικά όταν αφήνετε το δωμάτιο. για να μην έχετε και εσείς έξτρα χρεώσεις σαν εμένα. Πλήρωσα 291.90 ευρώ χωρίς να έχω κάνει τίποτα. τώρα έχω κάνει αίτημα στη *********** μήπως και διορθώσει την κατασταση. Επίσης έχω κάνει και αίτημά αμφισβήτησης συναλλαγής στην τράπεζα μου, και περιμένω. Μας είδαν που δεν ξέραμε ούτε τη γλωσα και μας φόρτωσαν μια τηλεόραση που ούτε καν ανοιξαμε.
