People are nice and helpful but the mattresses were the worst in the world, so soft that you sink into a well and don't rest at all, you wake up with waist pain.

The hostel is well located. The rooms are small but have everything you need: a private bathroom, TV, hairdryer, desk, and bed.
The staff isn't the friendliest I've ever encountered, but they're not unfriendly either. To be honest, they're neutral, though you won't get the scrutinizing look and subsequent personal judgment and assessment from them without asking anything. In any case, it's highly recommended as a quick, short-stay option.

It's a 30-minute walk to the Saints Train Station, Plaza de España and many other attractions, which are within walking distance and convenient for sightseeing. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, and the windows can be opened. There is no kettle, and the free wifi signal is particularly poor.
