room was nice and clean, good service. located few minutes walk from alhambra so very convenient. however not many restaurants or food options around. have to walk downhill 20 minutes into town. it is located on top of a hill which is very tiring to pull luggages up

Location is superb. Being 200m from the metro stop L3 line is perfect. In less than 15 minutes can be downtown and in the old city and Rambla. Restaurant breakfast is good. Dinner is OK but limited. Staff was very helpful in all questions. Enjoyed staying there and will do so again.

The room is OK, and it is considered big among European city hotels. The hotel is very close to Sagrada Familia, about ten minutes' walk. Metro Line 5 and Line 4 are also very close. It is recommended to buy a multiple-trip transportation card, so that it is very convenient to go to the farther Camp Nou and Gothic Quarter and the seaside. There is a small park opposite where you can sit. Tips: The hotel is very close to Hospital de São Paulo (designed by Gaudi, known as the most beautiful hospital. This attraction is free on Sundays. I went there on Monday and only found out that it was free yesterday after buying the ticket. I was shocked). The breakfast is a more traditional European breakfast. I think the taste is OK, and the ham is free.

The location was convenient, but the rooms were a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. The bed was comfortable. Average service.

Locker is available for store luggages before check in time @ 2euro. Hotel is clean, staff is ok. Wall is thin like what other comments said but you can solve problem by your earphone. Bed is comfort, recommended. It is in walking distance to sagrada familla. About 30 mins far from airport, taxi cost will be around 50euro. Microwave is available at first floor and there is a coffee/bakery shop which open since 6.30am. Suitable for anyone who will leave hotel very early morning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mellow Barcelona Hostel during my visit to the vibrant city of Barcelona. The hotel was conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Sagrada Familia and a 30-minute walk from Guinardo Park. There were many restaurants around the hotel, from McDonald's to paella restaurants. It was easy to go in alone. The nearest station to the hotel is Sant Pau | Dos de Maig, and if you come from the airport you will need to transfer once. I was very scared of European pickpockets, but I took proper precautions and was able to protect myself. The city subway is a bit nerve-wracking after all. Some people have aired videos of it on YouTube, so I think it's essential to do your homework beforehand.
