Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. location was great too, a lot of food establishments nearby, and a laundromat is 5-mins walk away. Room is spacious and clean, would highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you're in Barcelona.

The location is far from the city center, so it was inconvenient when I wanted to take a short break after sightseeing. However, the security was very good and it was a comfortable stay for families.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The room was large and clean. We didn't try the breakfast so can't say if it's good or not. The day we arrived it was very late at night and we were exhausted, and the person at the front desk instead of continuing with the check-in and showing us to the room started asking us if we took a taxi because apparently someone else staying there needed a taxi too. So we had to wait at the front desk while they sorted out someone else's problem first, which was frustrating.

The drain in the sink worked poorly, the water barely drained. We asked the staff to clean it, but they did not respond to our request, the water still drained poorly. The towels are dirty, they do not change them. Once the cleaning lady picked up a towel with a mosquito corpse from the floor and folded it as if nothing had happened, like it was clean... We told the workers about this, they ignored us, they did not even specify the room number.

The hotel is more expensive than w, art, and Perlman. The advantage is that it is the sea, the lobby can book tickets, and the room can cook. The shortcomings are far from the subway, the hotel is relatively biased, and taxiing is very inconvenient. If it is not for swimming by the sea, it is not very convenient.

The room is comfortable and the breakfast is rich. It is inconvenient to have no socket at the bedside. European hotel beds all have casters at the bottom. If you lean on the bedside and look at your mobile phone, the bed will slide forward, which is not very scientific.

The surface is large, very strange, four-sided cement walls but the sound insulation is very poor. Things that should be changed every day, like toilet paper and towels, have not been changed to us. We stayed for 4 days. Toilet paper has to go to the supermarket to buy it.
