It’s my first time to live in a hostel. The location is amazing only 8-10 minutes to go to SBB depending on which platforms you are going. I love this lovely single room, very cosy! Toilet and shower room are all very clean!! Staff is very friendly!! 10/10!!! No complaints at all!!!

Not worth the 260 euros we spent for one night. Too hot inside the rooms, very humid, we (adults and kids) barely slept, since the temperature was insanely hot at night, compared to a 7-8 hours sauna session.

9/10 :) -1 for the broken AC……….. We had to sleep with 25 degrees while it was 32° outside…………. Was too hot………………………………..

The air conditioning doesn't reach the top bunks very well, making it uncomfortable for guests sleeping up there. We'd like it to provide dedicated workspace areas for guests, so that when other activities are taking place, there's still somewhere quiet to work without the entire space being occupied.

Everything was perfect except that it was hot with no air conditioning. It was difficult to sleep in such conditions, especially in a capsule. I had to sleep with the capsule door open as a result. The room and shared bathrooms were very clean!
