B&B Hotel Basel ★★★

📍 St. Jakobs-Strasse 195, Basel

"We had a very pleasant stay at this family-friendly hotel with a well-organized atmosphere and exceptionally kind staff. The hotel fully met our expectations. The tram stop right in front of the hotel made transportation extremely convenient, and its location was also very close to the city center. Thank you for the two wonderful days. If we visit Basel again, this hotel will definitely be our first choice."

B&B Hotel Basel ★★★
"Had a wonderful stay at B&B HOTEL Basel! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. The rooms were cozy and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day of travelling around Switzerland. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. Great value for money in Basel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Basel!"

City Pop 2Night Basel - Self Check-IN ★★★
"Transportation to the hotel is quite convenient, but the self-service check-in is a real pain. The hotel sends us an email asking us to fill out our information and check in. However, I booked several reservations, and for one of them, I couldn't find the email. On the day of check-in, we were told they couldn't check us in. Ultimately, Ctrip coordinated the process, which took half an hour and gave us several options. We were very satisfied with Ctrip's prompt handling and the outcome."

Aparthotel Adagio Basel City ★★★
"The hotel is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood, about a 7-minute walk from the tram stop, which is four stops away from Basel SBB station. The room was well-equipped and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The only minor downsides were the lack of clear instructions regarding waste separation and room cleaning services. Also, there was no information stating that an extra charge would apply for additional towels, so I had to bother the front desk every time to ask. On the plus side, there's a supermarket nearby, which was convenient for grocery shopping and cooking some delicious meals."
