I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service I received during my recent stay at Harris Batam Centre Hotel From 27Jul till 29Jul2025. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and every request I made was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Special thanks to all your staff especially to your GRO Ms Trestha for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It’s clear that all your teams efforts (Fauzi, Lily, Rios, JoJo, Michael) is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality. I like Harmoni Hotel a lot. It's true that it's showing its age, but if you are a regular, you will learn to appreciate the easiness of this hotel. Easy to reach, easy to book, easy to park, easy to check in, and out, and easy to navigate around the place (it isn't very big, despite the enormous lobby). The rooftop pool offers a good refreshment if you are tired of working. The breakfast area is usually busy on weekends, and quiet during the week, and does a sufficient job to ensure you're energised for the day. The bar has a nice pool table, but has limited serving hours. It's a pity that the Harmoni Residences are not in use (they probably never were), otherwise I might consider staying here long-term. The price-quality ratio is excellent!

Hotel is at a very open location, afew KMs of batam center. Very exquisite feel from the outside n inside. Place is nice, rooms & toilets are clean. Just that the aircons from the lobby to the rooms aren't functioning well.

Great service. Hotel was very modern and clean. Trip.com had an error that showed up 2 single beds but when we got there the room was actually a king bed so the staff upgraded us. Great value for money hotel! :)

New hotel but many rooms for improvement. Pillow case is stained upon check-in. Door lock malfunction on second day and they took quite a long time to fix it, with my room left opened. There’s loud drilling on the second floor due to renovation still ongoing. My baby sneezed many times at the lobby. There’s no hair conditioner. Phone also cannot work to call other rooms, reception and housekeeping. Bathrobe is smelly. Room facing a construction site. Unfortunately both side of the hotel rooms facing construction. Site. Location is quiet though which is good for sleep. Room level is by card access only so better to get same level if you book a few rooms. Car park security guards to ensure safety. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of food. Porridge is good and noodle soup. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.

This hotel is near from Batam centre international port,near from batam centre mall.

Good value for the buck. Walking distance to the chain of restaurants across the street (just be careful how to cross the 5 lane per direction road!) , where u will find MacDonalds, Burger King (tiny burgers), Starbucks, HokBen , etc. (caption of picture : night view of the hotel walking toward the restaurants across the street)

Location is nice as it was near to international ferry terminal. people are nice and the room is also spacious. room has dryer. but they were unable to put shampoo and conditioner. There is always room for improvement, I hope they can check little details like that. We also forget my fiance’s mini electric razor.

Overall,I had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The room was quite spacious,clean and comfortable providing everything I needed to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was relaxing and it felt like good value for the quality provided. I really enjoyed the night with my partner. It left us with sweet memories. Amenities and facilities are all accessible with the apartment itself.
