Had a wonderful time at parkroyal. Chose this hotel because they have slides at the pool and fountain area (amozonia splash) which my son loves. Room was clean, the breakfast spread was pretty extensive and good!

Park Royal Penang always maintain its top service level, the best reset in Ferringi beach area. Highly recommended to everyone that plan to come visit Penang to stay at least 2 nights at Park Royal Ferringi beach.

This is my second time staying in Parkroyal Penang, everything was fine, except the bathroom water trap, shower half way the water stucked there, I think the housekeeping should clean the trap for a regular basis to avoid it to happens.
Breakfast session was quite crowded although it was not holiday season, foods was average, there are plenty more can be improved.
I personally like the beach very much especially on sunset. I will definitely be back again in near future.

Fast check in, but was disappointed that the staff provided wrong information when I enquired about the surroundings of the hotel. There was a cockroach in the room. It was very uncomfortable stay. Manager on duty did a service recovery.

We had a wonderful stay at Parkroyal for our anniversary. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the food was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised with a cake. Thank you so much!
