We stayed at this hotel for three nights in September 2024. Everything was really great. The rooms were very clean and tidied up daily. The breakfast was high quality and diverse. The staff were completely respectful and polite. The only downside was that a cup of tea or coffee was expensive.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary at Batumi Palm Hotel, and it was truly unforgettable. The room was excellent, impeccably cleaned every day, and offered an absolutely stunning sea view, perfect for watching sunsets. The pool was pristine and even had a water massage corner. It was a peaceful spot with great music. The sea was just a few meters away from the hotel, making it easy to take refreshing swims. The restaurant and bar were top-notch and reasonable priced, offering a wide variety of local and international food and drink options. The hotel's location was ideal, with many shops and services nearby. What truly stood out was the friendliness and hospitality of the owner couple. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness made our stay exceptionally special. All the workers were very nice and accommodating, but the owners' personal touch made all the difference. We can't recommend Batumi Palm Hotel enough for a memorable and relaxing stay.

Location - Across the road of sea side batumi boulevard, near to airport. 9/10 View - Beach/sea view 10/10 Front office service - 10/10 Room taken- Dbl Delux with Sofa bed good for 2Adult & 2kids with Balcony & Sea+pool view 10/10 Washroom - 9/10 Bed Comfort - 9/10 Toiletries -8/10 No dental kit Overall room comfort & facilities-9/10 Hotel lobby Ambience - 9/10 Breakfast variety - 7/10 Swimming pool - 9/10 Gym - Not checked (NC) Club/Lounge- NA Parking - Not checked but open parking available SPA - NC Staff - Excellent especially George and the Ukrainian Chef.They tried to provide us 100% veg food at late evening even after their restaurant being closed. Restaurant - 9/10 My St@r R@ting-3.5/5 Negative - Nothing except water supply was interrupted because of breakdown in their pump station. Over all Recommendation- Yes, one of the good and affordable option. The owner is available in the lobby in evening to extend his personal attention to the guests.

This is a lovely hotel in a great setting with fantastic sea views. Our room was clean and modern with its own balcony facing the sea. The hotel also has a nice pool and terrace area. Location is a bit out of town but taxis are plentiful and very cheap. The hotel has free parking if you need it. Best of all was the welcome and hospitality we received from Henry, Inga and their team throughout our stay. They really couldn't do enough to help. The whole place has a really fun, friendly atmosphere. We fully intend to return as soon as possible!

I had a wonderful experience at Batumi Palm Hotel. The owner, George, and the management team, Henry and Inga, were incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I stayed in a terrace room with a stunning view of the Black Sea. It was a delight to have direct access to the beach without any obstacles or gardens blocking the view. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short taxi ride away from the city center and the airport. I highly recommend Batumi Palm Hotel for its warm hospitality, beautiful views, and convenient location

Останавливались в этом отеле в июле , отель достаточно маленький , фитнес закрыт, номера мрачные и сырые с запахом сигарет, пляжа собственного нет, не считая камней через дорогу, но при наличии авто мы ездили к алфавитной башне! Паркинг у отеля есть, это плюс, завтраки есть, но мы воспользовались всего раз

Отдыхали в отеле PALM в январе 2023г первый раз. Второй раз раз уже ехали целенаправленно к Генри и Инге. Скажу так что и второй и третий и последующие разы будем останавливаться только в этом отеле! Что понравилось? Да все! Настолько все продумано для удобства клиента. Есть все!!!Настолько качественно все сделано, вычищено, аккуратно, свежие постели, хорошие ортопедические матрасы, свежий ремонт,никакого запаха плесени абсолютно, учитывая первую линию и близость от моря. Генри и Инга потрясающие!❤️❤️❤️ Я влюблена в эту пару. Очень приветливы, внимательны. И несмотря на то что я мы не знаем английский 👅, это не помешало нам прекрасно ладить) Инга его знает отлично и все переводит лучше любого переводчика)))) Наш любимый номер 604 на 6 этаже с видом на море и бассейн. На балконе можно просто жить, балдеть потому что стоят очень удобные кресла шезлонги и смотреть на море. Несмотря на то что погода в Батуми очень изменчива море прекрасно в любую погоду и в шторм и в штиль и на закате солнца. Приедем через 3 месяца снова ❤️❤️❤️
