"The buildings aren't marked, even taxi drivers get lost. At reception, you're treated as a given, not a guest. The room cleaning is poor; there were someone else's hairs on the bathroom tiles. But overall, the room is tidy. No bathrobes. No hair conditioner. No iron on the floor, let alone in the room. We were on the 27th floor, so waiting for the elevator took an average of 10-15 minutes. The views are window-to-window. You might get lucky with one stack having a nice view, but everything else is building-to-building. For a double occupancy, you get 1 mug and 1 glass. They also give you only one key card, so you'll have to stick together. In the morning, I had to call the manager at the front desk because the staff didn't know where to go for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast... it's a separate cafe in a standalone building. Breakfast barely rates a 3. There's no buffet; they bring whatever they have. Half of it is inedible. Definitely skip the breakfast! In Georgia, you can eat delicious food anywhere for less money. In short, don't even consider this hotel. Don't ruin your mood or your vacation."

"Istayed at this hostel for a few nights and had an overall average experience. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to get around and find food nearby. The room was basic but acceptable, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The common areas were available, although they could have been cleaner and better organized. The staff were generally polite and helpful when I had questions. The hostel was not particularly lively, but it was suitable for getting some rest after a day of sightseeing. Considering the price, the facilities were fairly standard. It is a reasonable choice for budget travelers who mainly need a simple place to sleep and do not expect too much."

"Good hotel, not as crowded as Orbi, but in the same area with a large supermarket nearby. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea. A leisurely stroll along the promenade to the city center takes about 30-40 minutes. Housekeeping is every 3 days and you always have to ask for it, which is very annoying."

"New hotel. Large clean room with a balcony, the room has a kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator. Cleaning every day and high quality. Good breakfasts. The hotel also has a swimming pool, sauna and gym. The only downside is the location. Still, it is far from the sea, perhaps because of this on the days of my visit there was a feeling that the hotel was filled at most by 5-10%"
