"We stayed at Blue Sky Apart Hotel for 6 nights at the end of July and were very satisfied. We had a cozy studio with a mountain view on the 10th floor. The windows faced a construction site, so it was noisy with the balcony open, but the noise was barely audible with the door closed. The room was new, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was tastefully chosen: quality furniture, a comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, an excellent air conditioner, Smart TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a tea and coffee set, and beautiful dishes. In the bathroom, there were good fixtures, an excellent hairdryer, a heated towel rail, pristine white towels, slippers, and all necessary amenities. Minor suggestions would be to add hair conditioner, a bath mat, and more hangers in the closet. Special thanks to the hotel team for their prompt assistance and quick resolution of any issues. The location is excellent: opposite Carrefour, and only a 5-7 minute walk to Batumi Boulevard and the sea. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would gladly return and recommend it to friends."

"Good hotel, not as crowded as Orbi, but in the same area with a large supermarket nearby. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea. A leisurely stroll along the promenade to the city center takes about 30-40 minutes. Housekeeping is every 3 days and you always have to ask for it, which is very annoying."

"I arrived in Batumi on the 17:05 train from Tbilisi. It was a little after the check-in time of 23:00, but they were able to accommodate me. The entrance was hard to find, and you couldn't enter the building door without being given a number, so first enter through the backyard entrance on the left. You can enter through the door with the word Reception written on it. It was nice that shoes were not allowed inside the building. (I wore the sandals I brought with me.) The bed was spacious and clean. When I was in the building, the shower on the left side didn't have hot water continuously, so please be careful. There didn't seem to be any shampoos. There is a hair dryer. There is a supermarket nearby that is open until midnight. The manager was also kind and nice! The location is also good, as there are tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance."

"The listing stated check-in was at 4 PM, but we requested an early check-in for 11 AM beforehand, which was confirmed. However, we ended up waiting in the hotel lobby until 2 PM. Then, a hotel employee told us to give him 200 Lari, and he would arrange an early check-in. We pointed out that there were only two hours left until the official check-in time, and he replied that there was no guarantee we would even be checked in by 4 PM. In the end, we agreed to give him 100 Lari, and he promised to upgrade us to a premium room. He didn't put the money in the till. We did get an early check-in, but definitely not a premium room. Let me tell you this: they deliberately make things difficult for you so you'll pay extra."
