I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. It is very noisy. You can hear everything that is happening in the hallway, neighbors slamming doors or watching TV. In the evening, shows start outside, the noise from them can be heard in the room until 3 am. If you plan to sleep at night, want to rest in silence in the evening, then this hotel does not have such an opportunity. There is no room service, no one comes to clean. When checking in, their registration system broke, but in the lobby there is one sofa for everyone, which was occupied by guests sleeping on it. I had to wait 1.5 hours standing until the system worked. They did not give me a receipt for payment. But when checking out, they stopped me to check my payment. If the system breaks down regularly, then why is it the guests' problem? In fact, the building is a hotel, a residential building and an apartment rental. The staff is confused about how and with whom to work. The room was on the 45th floor. The view is beautiful, but the experience of living at such a height, and with constant noise, is negative.
