It has small rooms, awful internet and poor breakfast. There are four flats and non of them provides a sea view. The only point is its location which is near beach and tourist attraction. I did not experience bad behavior from the stuff but overally do not recommand the hotel.

Toilet seat is broken They didnt clean our room even when i put the sigh(please clean my room)until i started calling them...No towelsat the pool you need to take from your room. The breakfast is very minimal The rooms are not really taken care by...the wallpaper is coming off in some areas...

The Breakfast and that serving is not like hotel. The pool and the spa are out of order. In The room you hear noise of the air conditioner and the street, of course I'm a little sensitive. sometimes there is no staff in the reception. There is no tooth brushin the room and quality of shampoos is not good. Finally luckily the Location is perfect. near park, beach, old batumi and Ali and Nino ....

In September 2023, my friends and I decided to relax in Batumi Hotel Intourist (09/07-15/09) We really liked the hotel, the breakfasts were varied, fresh and very tasty, the hotel staff was very friendly, special thanks to the receptionist Mamukki and all the staff, we really liked Batumi ,beautiful city, and the people are very hospitable and polite

Holidays in Batumi! The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars, I personally wonder who gave them 5 stars 🤨! Only disadvantages, the breakfasts are terrible, like in the worst hospitals if you compare (I will attach a photo). The women at the reception are rude and untidy (dirty looking) and not competent! The cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired, they are poorly cleaned and you always have to get clean towels. The hotel is very old and there is a smell of damp everywhere 🤢 and nothing works there, the staff walk around on their own, hanging out 🙄. If it weren’t for the beach and the city itself, the vacation would have been a failure 😔🤞🏻 Intourist Palace Hotel, Batumi 👎
