White Sails Residential Hotel

The hotel is too terrible ,they stole something from our luggage when they were cleaning our room. No one was responsible and no answer to us . They have behaviered too bad and no follow up this issue anymore. Please don t select this hotel anytime .

The room was minimum size for two persons. At 5th floor outer side of complex, overlooking onto Turkish school. No sea view. Bed was comfy. Be careful because shower drain was clogged and after 2 minutes water filled bathroom floor. Called frontdesck but get no help with this issue. Just empty promises. Beside looks like many other rooms has same problem. Ask persons on duty to move us into other room but was told that no space available. Give them two stars because of that.

This is the worst experience in my life. Extremely dirty place dirty sheets dirty floors everything is dirty. The reception people are very rude and not helpful at all. The whole place smells like sewage. There is no ROOM SERVICE! Even the elevator floors are dirty and smells like shi#%%t

It seems they don't understand meaning of cleaning our room ! We told them 3 times but never they came ... breakfast and dinner was repeated all time . Wc smells very bad... no tissue, no shampoo , even any water in refrigerator... the pool and location was great

We recently booked a stay at White Sails Hotel in Batumi via a travel agency, and it was a complete disaster. We requested a triple room for three ladies, with three separate beds. What we got was a tiny room with one double bed and a kid-sized sofa that only suits children. 😠 When we complained to the hotel management, they were completely unresponsive. No upgrade, no proper solution, and not even an apology! The hospitality and guest relations are abysmal. We felt totally ignored and mistreated. Here are some key points of our terrible experience: Room Misrepresentation: Booked a triple room, got a small room with one double bed and a kid-sized sofa. Poor Customer Service: Hotel staff did nothing to address our complaints. No upgrades, no alternative solutions, no apologies. Lack of Hospitality: The overall service and attitude of the staff were extremely disappointing. We highly recommend avoiding White Sails Hotel if you’re planning a trip to Batumi. They treat their guests terribly, and you’re likely to face the same issues we did. Travelers, beware! There are plenty of other hotels in Batumi that value their guests and provide the service you deserve. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Choose wisely and ensure your trip is enjoyable and stress-free.
