"Location was super close to the stadium which is great to attend concert and be able to walk back. Staff were friendly. Room is a little small but super clean, toilet is well maintained. Location is also surrounded by convinence shops and eateries ideal for walking to get snacks."

"The check in and check out process were really easy and fast, room is spacious, clean and we really like the bed. its king size with fluffy pillow. all basic amenities were provided, iron, hair dryer, sejadah, toothbrush set, drinking water, fridge, kettle. the pool can be better maintained, but my kids have lots of fun playing in the pool with playground in it. Overall, nice stay, not much to complain. There's a restaurant downstairs but better check the price before entering.
Maybe just a little improvement on the housekeeping. we book the room for 2 night and went out, no housekeeping were sent to change the towel, empty the trash bin, refill drinking water, shower foam etc. Need to call and ask (bdway, there's no phone in the room). my suggestion is to put a sign so that the housekeeping know which room need to be tidy up etc."

"This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful."

AAnonymous UserHell yeah for my holiday/me-time trip💥💥💥🫡.Warm and friendly greetings from the front desk staff and they are helpful and friendly. Get to check in early because I reach there early due to the morning flight. As for my check-out time, again I received warm and friendly greetings from the front desk male staff. The environment was relaxing, and the room that I got was 5 stars by itself. I will be coming back to stay but this time I will bring my whole family to stay with me. Thank you so much.

AAvid travellerThe hotel was very strategically located with various eateries around. The front desk personnel was excellent at all inquiries and very humbler and helpful.The breakfast was excellent and with different menu daily which was excellent. The only one side that need improvement was the gym which need an upgrade and also the pool was in maintenance which i personally was looking forward to a swim , hence i do hope they can speed up the swimming pool maintenance soonest and hope to have another trip to penang and stay at Olive tree again.

YYSL5725When we arrived the hotel it’s already closed to 4pm which is after few hours after check out timing. Unfortunately, our room have yet ready even though already pass our check in time. We was told to be waiting for 5mins but we waited for more than 5mins for the hotel staff to hand over us our room keys. The toilet on level 2 super small. Who ever that stand outside the toilet, can see thru from the side of the sliding door.
The location was good! Next to shopping mall and there are lots of foods can be found if your the type that lazy to go out and hunts for the foods

The room is spacious, but the building is old and has only undergone partial renovations; the flooring is still quite dated. While the bedding is clean, the bath towels have an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the operator is not very responsive to phone calls, so I had to go to the front desk to request a hairdryer. There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit cramped and scary since someone tried to open the door without knocking but the stay was pleasant since the room has all the basic needs covered and theres a projector with netflix and youtube in it for entertainment which is nice also i would prefer white bed sheets and pillow cases for hygiene purposes. Would come again to stay.
