"It's located a little further in from the main street, so it's quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly and provided refreshments upon checking in. Rooms are very clean, and the room I chose was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and shopping. We took the breakfast package but didn't have time to try it due to our early flight. Thankfully there's a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
Didn't really have time to enjoy the facilities but the swimming pool looks nice."

"The room was comfortable and well-sized, and the extra bed service was very professional. I arrived late, so I emailed ahead of time, and check-in was incredibly smooth. The biggest plus is its proximity to the airport, making it perfect for catching some sleep after a red-eye flight. After my whole trip in Malaysia, I realized this hotel offered one of the best lodging experiences. I really liked the decor. You barely hear any airplane noise at night."

"Haha, it’s me again staying at this hotel! The hotel still maintains a very good standard, and the environment is comfortable and pleasant.
I noticed the breakfast area has been renovated and upgraded, making it look even nicer and more welcoming.
I highly recommend guests to try their breakfast — the fruits are very fresh, and the food is delicious with plenty of choices.
Overall, another satisfying stay and I will definitely come back again!"

"The hotel is a bit old, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was so noisy it made it hard to get a good night's sleep. However, there are lots of food stalls nearby, and it's very close to Queensbay Mall, which is a plus. I mainly want to commend Raymon (the young man with glasses) at the front desk. He went out of his way to help me, a foreigner, when I didn't have enough cash for a food delivery, and even asked if I needed cutlery. I'm very grateful for his help! Because of him, I'd still trust this hotel for my next business trip."

RachelCyOverall, I had a pleasant stay and a good experience. The staff were all very polite, friendly, and helpful, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is a little dated, and some areas could benefit from better maintenance. The tiles underneath the sink were cracked and looked as though they might come loose, which was a bit concerning. There were also some marks and stains around the sink area. They may simply be due to age or water stains, but they gave the bathroom a less clean appearance.
One thing that concerned me was the presence of Charlie ants (rove beetles). We noticed them outside the room, and there were also quite a few in the steam room. Although the hotel has placed notices to warn guests about them, they are extremely small and difficult to spot unless you look very carefully. Since contact with them can cause skin irritation, it was a little worrying.
Overall, the staff provided excellent service, and we enjoyed our stay. I hope the hotel can improve the maintenance of the facilities and continue taking measures to reduce the presence of Charlie ants, as these improvements would make the experience even better.

Guest UserOverall, the stay was quite pleasant, and the owner was very responsive. The view from the balcony was excellent.
However, there are several issues I would like to highlight regarding my stay.
Pros:
There are several kopitiams nearby, and the food was quite delicious, such as Sri Nibong Cafe, Wo Lai Yeh Cafe, and Dhoby Ghaut Cafe.
Cons:
On the first night, I found a small cockroach hiding near the bed headboard. On the second day and again on the day of check-out, I encountered a rove beetle, which is considered a harmful insect as its toxin can cause skin irritation upon contact with human skin.
I also noticed that the dustbin inside the toilet had not been fully cleared, as there was still rubbish left behind by the previous guest.
Please ensure that hygiene standards and pest control measures are properly maintained for future guests.
In addition, the water dispenser did not provide cold water and only had hot and warm water available, which was quite inconvenient.

Ronin tanI was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city.
The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities.
The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

Guest UserThis accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.
