Overall satisfied with our stay. Our kid had fun enjoying the kid-friendly facilities. The room is built with quality furnishings and materials from tubs, pool to toilet accessories. Beds are king-sized and super comfy. They provide Nescafe, selection of tea and bottles of drinking water. Checking-in was smooth supported by friendly and helpful staffs.

This was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered  Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.

New hotel and very clean rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Love the muji vibes in the rooms. Only 10mins away from Queensbay. Staff are all friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay again.

Overall quite good. The suite is very spacious, amenities are good. We had conference at the SPICE Convention centre, easily able to grab there in about 10 mins. The only downside is the room is not too soundproof. Every night there is a mini concert nearby by residents at the area which we can hear from our rooms

We went for Afgan Concert at Spice Arena Penang on 28th. The hotel is just by foot. It just literally in front of the Arena. The room is in very good shape, very clean, all amenities are function and it is very comfortable to stay in this hotel. I will seek to stay in this hotel again.The bathroom is well keep maintain, towel is thick and comfy.

Cozy, neat, tidy and wonderfully decorated room. Convenient location, close to an amazing shopping mall, QB, and nearby shops & eateries. The only disappointing point is we had to queue up for a long time because most staffs were out for lunch and therefore guests had to bear with them when checking out. We are wondering if this can be sorted out by letting guests drop off the door card in the check out box rather than processing it manually.

I especially like the environment there, the beautiful scenery, the birds and flowers, the villa is simple and chic, very emotional. There are frogs and insects in the night, and there are bird songs in the morning, which is suitable for leisure for small purposes. The waiters are warm and thoughtful, that is, the transportation is not convenient, and Chinese food and dinner are not available. Going to eat a meal will require a round trip and cost 120 MYR.

This hotel is located near the Bayan Lepas International Airport which is very convenient to air travelers. Parking is easy and close to the building. The plus point of this hotel is the room which is large and spacious. The cafe is easily accessable and the prices are reasonable. You must try their mi goreng sotong......The serving is huge and tasty. Front office staff are helpful and friendly and for the present room rate they are charging, it is worth for a second visit. HIGHLY recommended hotel for cleanliness, location and value for money. The bed and pillows are so comfortable! The best part of the hotel is their staff. Look for Mr Zaid. He is a gracious and wonderful host! I arrived to have a look at the rooms a week before check in and Mr Zaid graciously showed us a few rooms. On the day of check in, my friend’s credit card was declined but Mr Zaid allowed us to check in anyway and said we could pay later. Unbelievable!! He even offered us free parking throughout our stay! Always smiling and really just a pleasant person to meet! When we came back after dinner, we realized the room didn’t have bedroom slippers. I went to front desk to ask and the gentleman there apologized because they have ran out of supplies. However, he didn’t stop there. Instead, he went to look for unoccupied room by room to see if there were any extras. Really above and beyond expectations of a 3-Star hotel. For RM100+ per night, you’ll get a tastefully decorated hotel room with full hotel amenities like TV, toothbrushes, bottled water, coffee, hair dryer. Hot and cold water dispenser, iron and ironing board are available in the common area. At Eureka, you will get the warmth of a homestay and the feel of a hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel to all my friends! Thank you Mr Zaid and team!

I love budget hotels... Been to lots of them and I know the expectation when staying at this kind of accommodation. Cheap, basic amenities, no frills concept. However Hotel Seri Malaysia Pulau Pinang just set a new standards of how a hotel should not be. I've stayed with them a couple of years ago and I know how bad their services are, but after several years maybe they might consider improving at least a little, but they prove me wrong. Check in 2 days ago, and the impression is not good. Complaints from the customers at the counter (hot water, cleanliness, etc). I thought maybe he was because bg fussy. I've got the 3rd floor room which is not a problem without lift. The room is ok but the air-conditioning is unreliable. The temperature control doesn't really works. The breakfast buffet nothing special with limited spread. I saw few tourists who bring in their own food. Don't know why but I assumed the choices of F&B is not enough for them. And the seating are so limited. I know that it is School holiday session but when the customers standinh for 10 minutes with food on their hand and no one even give a damn, then it is intolerable. I do ask for a container for me to take away the food, but as if they care. So.. Seri Malaysia hotel... If you do read this review, good, please do something for the sake of your own good. For me, no more Seri Malaysia ever. To be honest I'm ashamed they have Malaysia in their brand. Change to other name please
