One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a shelf or holder in the bathroom for facial wash and other small personal items during showers. In addition, having an automated curtain control button would be a great enhancement. A little more automation throughout the room would make the overall experience even better. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to return."

"Conveniently close to Queensbay Mall. Many food options close by accessible by car. Easy to navigate to hotel and ample complimentary parking available in the basement. Rooms are spacious and quite soundproof. The bed in the master room was squeaky. We complained to the front desk and they fixed it immediately and if we were unsatisfied they offered us to change our room. All's good after the fix. Has a restful 4 nights here."

The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious; we particularly loved the Ikan siakap tiga rasa, which is a must-try for anyone visiting. After our meal, we spent a relaxing afternoon by the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained, providing a great escape from the Penang heat. The location is also unbeatable for sightseeing. It is located very near to the Aquarium Tunku Abdul Rahman (Fisheries Department Research Institute), which made our morning outing so convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent local flavors and easy access to nearby attractions!""
