Tusan Beach Resort - All Inclusive

Room (Family Room) : spacey, required some renewal, good Wifi connectivity (free of charge), fournitures sometimes heavily used, musty odor/smell, daily cleaning, good job from the roommate's staff, light mold in the dush room/black, bathroom fittings not more in a good state, tea/hot water facilities available, no free minibar Restaurant/Food : good choice, no icecream at lunch or dinner, lukewarm food, plates not heated, waiters/waitresses pay a lot attention and do a good and stress job, no "simmit". Unfortunately, I got a stomach flu maybe due to inadequate temperature of food. Bar/Daily buffets : no fresh fruits, no iced tea, bar always opened, free icecream only in the late afternoon in one of the pool bar. Disco Bar : not open, NO FREE CONSUMPTION (okay if you take in account "international in all rules" but for the 5* Star Hotel in Turkey !!) Guests Relation : available, middle helpful, not rude but not very super friendly Animation : not much offer due to October business, daily night animation (only a few times of quality, most was "home made") Reception : pay attention, little language misinterpretation, if issues : reasonable delays of solving them/sometimes you have to ask twice Ice for drinks weren't not cooled Some waiters put a bit too much alcool in prepared cocktails Some little concerns about food safety (for the first time in Turkey, it was my nineth visit and second in Izmir District) My own case was reported to the Guest Relation Manager (she took note).

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the kitchen staff (especially Jakub) offered us delicious food, but the "Tusan Beach Resort" would be nothing without the entertainers! They made our stay special. Koko (Ahat) and Mustafa really made us have a great time, making us feel at home. Very friendly people and they are the ones who made Kuşadası unforgettable. We will only go back if they are there too.

Great hotel. Fantastic view from our room balcony. Staff superb and buffet meals were of a high standard and had great variety. Also very handy and cheap to get Dolmus into Kusadasi and Selcuk ( only 25 and 75TL)

Well, this is our 3rd time at tusan 4th time in kusadasi and the last time in kusadasi. We loved this hotel, and our last stay here was 10 years ago, and price hikes and cultures have changed a LOT. Firstly the hotel is amazing. Location cleanliness food beach pool animation all brilliant. That's why we rebooked. Sadly, absolutely no brits at all, and the people who stay here are so arrogant and rude. We went to and ate out and done excursions in kusadasi Centre. Also, no brits. This is the first ever holiday my 15 year old boy and 9 year old boy didn't meet a friend in 10 nights. Which saddened me as it felt like they didn't have the best possible holiday. If you came here with a group of family/friends, you'd be fine. That would be the only time I'd return. Me and my wife also like to socialise and meet new people, but that also played difficult. We spoke to two english couples in 10 nights who said it's nice to hear an English accent. If you're not bothered by these negatives, you will be fine. Eating out and beer out was manchester Pub Prices. Transport and excursions were very cheap. Jet ski on the private beach was €60 for 15 mins. The sea and weather were amazing. Sadly I won't be coming to izmir again. Hope this helps anybody thinking of coming.

We stayed in Tusan beach resorts hotel for 1week. Food was great and catering staff too was amazing. Rooms was clean. But, really we are disappointed about a inside swimming pool. Was freezing cold. Nothing to do with a kids in the hotel. We understand that isn't a session. But, at least can make sure that swimming pool water is enjoyable for kids. No any entertainment at all. Just was 2 nights we enjoyed Piano and violin. In the begging in the restaurant they tried to ask pay for coffee and tea,doesn't matter that we had a all-inclusive package. What a scam. Outside as well everything should be renovated,specifically kids playground. We even can't imagine how is looking outside area. Because all equipment is really old.

Very nice hotel and room with a fabulous view of the bay. Just one criticism! The mattress on my large bed was very firm indeed and made sleeping rather difficult. The food was good. Very nice staff and friendly.
