NEVER STAY HERE. Not only is this hotel dirty, the staff is rude, condescending and absolutely nasty. Checked in for a work trip and went up to the room where we found mold in the shower. When I turned on the sink to wash my face the water came out yellow. My coworker and I expressed our concerns to the front desk and asked for a new room or a refund. The woman working the counter, Leslie, answered her cell phone and told us to wait a minute before helping us so she could talk to her friend. She then refused to address our situation. She stuck her hand in my face numerous times, cut me off and essentially told me that we could just be without water so we should be pleased with what we have! Apparently there was a water main break that they neglected to tell us about at check in. Needless to say we promptly cancelled our reservation and will be staying at a different hotel. Never again will I give my money to ANY choice hotel specifically because of my terrible experience with how this situation was handled. I work in customer service and 100% understand that this issue was not her fault but the way she handled the situation put such a bad taste in my mouth that I recommend that you don’t waste your time and pay the extra few bucks to stay at different place with better customer service, clean rooms and water that you won’t contract lead poisoning from. The hotel is clean overall, but the air is dirty, really dirty. Although my king suite has a large clearly visible stain in the middle of the floor near the section between the office desk and the bed; otherwise the room was a good price for the money. I just got out of the hospital today and the real problem I have with every Extended America Hotel from here to Florida that I recently stayed in ;(and 5 in the Cleveland area since May 2023) is that knowing that 41,000 deaths occur from Secondhand Smoke and Death Exposure to secondhand smoke each year; they do nothing about protecting non-smoking Extended Stay America paying customers being forced to walk through a floating sea of disgust and death to enter the building. Secondhand smoke kills 7,333 annually by lung cancer. Secondhand smoke causes 33,951 annual deaths from heart disease. If you stay at one of the Extended Stay America's that I have stayed in recently you will be forced to walk through cigarette smoke because smoking restrictions posted about where you can smoke and not smoke are not enforced. Everyone smokes at the front entrance to of the building because they don't give a damn about anyone but themselves, they are all selfish bastards and Extended Stay America does not make them care. Yes, I will probably leave, although I sought to stay here a month but it is hypocritical to complain and not take action. The complaint is my first action and if no changes occur, I will move out. If the State and Federal government's can go after the prescription drug companies, what about the Second Hand Smoke contributors? In 2021, the number of reported deaths involving prescription opioids totaled 16,706 and the Drug companies paid billions. The number of deaths from Second Hand Smoke was 41,000. Hotel's that do not enforce the no smoking policy should be looked at as a major source of contributing to Second Hand Smoke and former Hotel guests who develop Second Hand Smoke related complications should be able to recover damages.

Great value for the price. Got a queen suite with a small kitchenette. Bathroom sink barely worked, only a slight trickle of water came out, but at least there was a fully functioning kitchen sink. Toilet flush handle was broken when we first arrived but they did fix it promptly once we brought it to their attention. Bed mattress was fairly comfy. Front desk staff was attentive for the most part. Kitchen wares such as pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. were available for loan which was a nice amenity. However, I had some trouble getting one of the burners on the stove to work. Rooms were fairly clean but could use an update. Elevators were dirty though, trash and dust all over the floors of them. Laundry facilities were decent and had many washers and dryers available in good condition. Exercise room was small but decent. No weights though, just an elliptical, treadmill, and spin bike. It was open 24/7 though which was cool. Also, they advertise breakfast, but all they have is shitty coffee in the early mornings that quickly runs out.

Rooms need updating bathroom floor and grout dirty looking furniture damaged and worn Room rate was too much for conditions it seems like they are trying to make up from Covid it’s ok to charge however you have too give the customers what they are paying for and then some being a Hilton honors member doesn’t really get you anything but a couple bottles of water lol !!!!!!!

There was a billing mishap on part of the hotel. My card was charged and an assistant manager caught the mistake but refunded the wrong card. When speaking with GM Andrew, I asked why a charge was made without my authorization-I had only authorized a charge for incidentals (none occurred-and the charge was listed as another night stay outside of the period i was there). He acknowledged the mistake but I was told “First of all, you did authorize us to use your card” and to wait until the refund appeared on my statement. Again-I only authorized use for my stay and incidentals. Days went by and still no refund for the mistake (which is human-Im not upset with the employee but rather each interaction I had with Andrew thereafter), so I called to follow up. Andrew’s story then changed to “well, we shouldn’t even have to refund you because you didn’t stay for the nights you reserved”, so I asked for the receipts of the reservation and for the nights I stayed. If it’s my mistake- I’ll own it. The front desk gentleman was kind, but was audibly hesitant in emailing those documents. I received the invoice that included the fraudulent charge and compared it with the itinerary that was booked. My reserved dates and the time stayed aligned-so I asked Andrew for documentation of his claim that he was doing me a favor and I didn’t rightfully deserve the correction he was involved in. His only response was that he “confirmed the refund had been processed with their billing department, and there was no further actions needed on his part”. More than a week later (outside of the normal processing time for credit cards), the refund appeared but I caution anyone using their personal credit card for payment. After doing some research on the BBB- this mishap is not uncommon for Aloft/Marriott. The carpets in both the rooms I stayed in were browned from foot traffic, and the headboard lamps had accumulated dust on their lampshades. It wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t worth the dishonesty and dismissiveness from General Manager Andrew.

This hotel was so nice and the lady Sierra at the front desk was lovely. We stayed in a suite. It had a living room area with bathroom and shower and a separate bedroom with another bathroom and shower. It was very quiet. Would stay here again and the Indigo was awesome

Hilton hotels are my usual go to place to stay…you can’t go wrong. This location was no exception. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast options. As with most places I stay these days when traveling, I would love if Hilton hotels would go back to firmer pillows. The industry in general seems to have decided everyone prefers a soft, fake goose down pillow. Personally, I feel like I am going to suffocate during the night and have difficulty sleeping on one The above is not a negative for this location, just the industry. I recommend this location and would stay here again.

Literally perfect. For the same exact price you can't beat the features and luxurious feel of Home2 Suites. (by Hilton-Cleveland Beachwood) Pros: - The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The rooms are incredibly spacious and have a very modern/luxe feel to them! (Can't stress enough how there truly isn't anything even comparable or as nice as this place... *& I have been to a LOT of hotels as I travel for my career.) - Rooms are sealed every day after a (clearly very thorough) sanitization/cleaning process. - Staff was very welcoming at the front desk, as was the housekeeper on the fourth floor, every day; they all had a smile on their face and actually engaged in more than the benign platitudes of business culture... Cons: I can't buy a king suite as an apartment and live here. I want to live here but this is a hotel, not an apartment.. I have to go home and leave this fantastical-cozy-cute-beautifully-blissful place.
