環境：環境不錯，離銀灘很近
服務：老闆服務態度很好，衹是春節期間房費水漲船高。不過也能理解，畢竟旺季就那麼幾天。年初一，初二連住了兩晚。回程的前一天年初七還要去住一晚。

民宿在一個小巷裡，從正路轉進去100米左右，因為門牌不顯眼，不是很好找，需要打電話跟老闆聯繫。客房就是自用房改建的民宿，自家的院子裏可以停幾輛車，因為道路和庭院都不是很大，停車後再進出就不方便了，出門就坐滴滴車到各個景區去玩。民宿到銀灘中門需要步行20分鐘左右，距離不是很遠，建議騎電瓶車出行，會方便很多。房間衞生，老闆也很熱情，上樓沒有電梯，還主動幫我們提行李，非常感激！房間裏沒有礦泉水，需要自己購買，外面主路上就有超市，購物很方便。出門一到主路上，到處都是餐館，吃飯是沒有任何問題的。

設施：小院房間裏生活設施齊全，可謂麻雀雖小五臟俱全，尤其晾衣架很是貼合實際天氣下客人的需求，不用擔心衣服沒處晾曬！贊👍🏻
衞生：一到小院門口立馬有清新，乾淨，整潔的感覺，讓遠道而來的我們感覺真是舒服！
環境：距離周邊旅遊景點特別近，比如著名的銀灘，僑港風情街，綜合娛樂可以到萬達……打車10元左右都能到，公交也很給力，另外還有電瓶車可以租用，出了小院，右拐走幾分鐘就可以遲到鮮美的海鮮，價格實惠，味美不貴，特別方便！超級點贊！
服務：老闆年輕帥氣👦🏻，熱情直爽，可以真心實意的給你好多好的旅遊建議，自助洗衣和大空間晾曬很方便哦哦！

很不錯，老闆手藝非常好，做的海鮮很棒很好吃！在北海幾天，租了一個旁邊的電車，出行非常方便，吃吃喝喝玩玩比打車方便多了。唯一問題就是，附近有裝修，白天補覺確實很吵。

説民宿等於開盲盒，我也是抱着試試的態度，總體很滿意的，買了海鮮回來加工，院子裏還遇到一衹小蝸牛，房間正適合一家四口👨👩👦👦去銀灘也很方便，一次好的體驗，值得推薦。

小院很舒適，房間還有一個大陽台，家庭套房剛好適合住4個大人加2個小朋友，出行也很方便離銀灘步行10多分鐘，小朋友玩耍方便，老闆廚藝也很不錯，自購海鮮來加工，性價比很高。

住了很多民宿，唯一一家這麼實惠還提供了馬桶墊的。老闆人很好，有地方曬衣服。很温馨有家的感覺。
