The location of the community is a bit remote, but there are supermarkets and car rentals at the door. It's quite convenient.
The room can see the sea and the balcony is large. There is a washing machine and washing powder. Towels and bath towels are disposable. There are no disposable slippers, the slippers are plastic. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high.

房間很滿意，免升級了，前台很貼心。主要是晚上一點不吵。打開窗户，可以看到海，雖然天氣不給力，但是房東小哥小劉非常棒，這次體感非常好！值得推薦！！！

是公寓式的，房間足夠大，兩室一廳，有一個觀景大陽台，非常棒！在陽台上就能看見海～
管家給租的電瓶車，很方便。在北海，你一定要擁有一輛電瓶車！
房間裏有個上下鋪，還有一個小童小帳篷，孩子超喜歡的！
樓下的海灘很好，電瓶車三分鐘即達，不是浴場，但是挖沙子很適合，不像銀灘那邊，挖到底下是黑色的沙子。
離僑港風情街電瓶車十分鐘即達，早上去了僑港早市，每一樣都很好吃。
雖然位置有一點點偏，但是是性價比超高的海景房，想能在房間看海，就選這裏，適合一家出遊

自己在網上選的，主要想是可以看海景，下了高鐵打車到，本以為是酒店，到了才發現是民宿，是那種小區裏面的民宿類型，環境有點偏，邊上是還沒施工完的工地，不屬於熱鬧的地方。房間裏面是可以看到海，有陽台，房間大，一張床，一個沙發，一張凳子，一個桌子。出行都是打車，去僑港風情街8元車費，去老街的話要18元，離僑港海灘2公里左右。小區後門可以延步道走到沙灘上，有差不多1公里。早餐是每人13元，管家會提前問你需不需要，就是包子稀飯這類的，民宿小區周圍我看是沒什麼吃的。喜歡清靜的人可以選擇！總體管家服務還是不錯的，會向你推薦遊玩攻略！只是沒有當麪看到人而已，都是微信聯繫的。
