Arrived during the spring festival so the price was much higher than normal. It is a serviced apartment so don't expect much from it. The view of the beach was nice but when we checked in the faucet was leaking and had to be replaced which took an hour but was fixed. Returned later that night to find the hot water only lasted for 5 minutes then went cold which happened after 12am Contacted the boss who insisted there was no problem and sent a worker to check it but was very rude and disrespectful to us. We wanted to change the room but they said they were fully booked. Contacted trip.com and they were able to provide compensation for the troubles. Luckily we only stayed one day here which is why I guess the name of the hotel is one day.... The room was also dirty when we arrived and had to ask for it to be cleaned. Book at your own risk.

Not worth staying,
- You need to walk almost 2-3 kilometers to reach the building from road, walking through the parking area.
- Old, smelly and dirty elevators
- Very complicated way to reach the building, never expected that.
- Room floor was slippery, not good quality.
- Furniture was old, several electric wires were uprooted from the wall.
- Cupboard had smell.

一來就給個入住指南讓我們自己找房間，我們剛剛從南寧方特玩過來的，很累，沒説明白是幾樓，根本找不到，想退房不讓退，沒入住也不讓退。強行讓我們住了一晚，馬桶帶屎，還沒有一次性馬桶套的房間。後來平台給調解了。還好點。到了晚上睡覺，被子一股發黴的味道，鞋櫃也很臭。很多設備已經破舊，插座很多用不了。比較失望。唯一好的就是視野不錯。

真的建議不要入住，到處都是發黴的，感覺非常不衞生，一來這裏，人都看不到，選房時就可勁忽悠你加錢換房型，換了之後就是這種環境，全部發黴，洗臉池呀洗衣服的地板上啊全部堵住了，體驗非常不好，被子感覺也不衞生，睡了一晚身上發癢。別看是寫了酒店，其實就是公寓，一次性牙刷非常廉價就一排刷毛。如果你來到北海，真的別選北部灣的公寓酒店，想靠海還是大酒店靠譜。

這就不是酒店，就是小區的公寓樓改的，真的是臟亂差，牆上有黴菌，被單上有黑點，馬桶坐上去兩邊搖晃，洗衣也是壞的，機跟宣傳圖片上完全不一樣！除了廁所能看海，其他一無是處，這種房間還要340一晚，真的是太坑了，千萬不要去住！網上的那些好評肯定是老闆刷的！

老闆很nice，價格也不是太貴，一晚160多，我們住的16樓，看海景太棒了，從房間直接就能看到，還可以在陽台一邊看海景一邊喝茶聊天，總之就是很划得來，

我們是11月15日入住該酒店，老闆娘很熱情，主動幫我們介紹北海的旅遊景點，由於我們走得充忙，把醫療器上的充電器忘記了，過一週左右才想起落在酒店，馬上聯繫老闆娘，老闆娘説客人落下的東西，他們都會替客人保管，下午就給我們寄回來了，有機會來北海還會選擇你家酒店，謝謝老闆娘，祝生意興隆財源滾滾。
