性價比很高，一線無遮擋海景，位置很中心，房間乾淨舒服面積也很大。是在小區裏，安全舒適，周邊步行就有很多飯店食肆，老闆人非常熱情，全程主動服務。

非常好的一次入住體驗，我們因為早上去趕海，8點就提前入住了酒店，老闆服務特別熱情，特別熱心幫忙安排，而且免費幫我們升級為一套海景套房，出行很方便，衞生做的很好，床很舒服，睡的特別香，以後有機會還來他們家。

小套房很温馨，設備齊全，帶娃和長者出來住兩室一廳真的很舒適，適合來待多天度假。早上睡到自然醒了，白天在屋頭吹空調午睡，傍晚出門活動。可以煮麪條玉米簡單應付一頓，我們還把趕海帶回來的螺煮來吃了。陽台可以看海景，海景非常美。下樓走三分鐘就可以坐擺渡車去銀灘，去僑港風情街走路十幾分鍾。

細節都是滿滿呦，看着就覺得是用心了，接待的小夥子服務熱情周到，房間可以做飯，有冰箱衹要把衞生搞乾淨就行，房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格小清新，衞生挺乾淨的，潔白的床單，還可以看見客運碼頭和海，吹着海風很愜意，高樓層很安靜，住宿感還是不錯的，希望繼續保持！

位置：離北海站大概15分鐘，對面就是海！衞生：很乾凈整潔，服務：真的很不錯，很熱情，房間有洗衣機，中途詢問了洗衣粉馬上就送到了，可以自己做飯吃，但是我們坐車比較累，就沒有做！房子設施很新，滿意！

衹住了一天，優點：房主人不錯，很好溝通，我家6大兩小，住在一起好照應，一般的酒店確實不方便，家庭出遊這個房子很合適，離碼頭近，帶着嬰兒在這裏做登島準備挺不錯的。缺點：離沙灘要遠一點點如果小孩鬧着要去沙灘玩打個車也很近的。
