老闆一家人超級好，房間佈置很温馨，性價比很高，租了小電車去趕海，沒想到老闆娘説她們這兒有工具，不用去買啦!天氣很給力，不冷也不曬！體驗感不錯！

帶家人出來玩，根據長者家的意見訂的房間，沒想到有意外的驚喜！長者家説怕潮濕，不能離海邊太近，但也不要太遠，最好是買菜方便，可以做飯，停車方便的！還真能找到匹配的，最意外的是能在外鄉碰到老鄉，第一天我們自己煮的，請教了老闆娘做法，吃住都很開心，回去的這天老鄉幫我們加工的，做了口味大龍蝦，吃上了正宗的湖南辣椒炒肉，味道特別好！

看了網上的評價很好，先定了一晚，住得很好，後面又加住了一晚，豪華雙人間住一家四口寬敞舒服，有2張大大的床，去海邊玩小孩子一天三四套衣服都不夠換，房東很好講話，借了房東的洗衣機，性價比高，好停車，衞生好，服務好！

位置很好，在北海大道與湖南路的十字路口，公交車能到各個景點，賓館的正對面是一個很大的市場，海鮮蔬菜水果新鮮還便宜，問了老闆，用他們的廚房煮了蝦和螃蟹，無比鮮甜，吃海鮮還是得來海邊城市！住這裏很方便性價比高。

老闆特別友好，給了一間有陽台的房子，住的非常的舒心，還有就是車子可以停在院子裏，很安全，晚上的小院氛圍非常好，老闆還擺了一張小桌子給我們一家人吃宵夜，服務很到位！安利給自駕且不喜歡擁擠的朋友，這裏超級安靜，老闆説還可以提供廚房使用，不過我們玩的太累了，就點了外賣！很棒！

老闆人不錯，位置在巷子裏面，晚上聽不到車流聲，好睡覺，床上用品整潔，進去房間很明亮，窗户都打開了，沒有味道！價格公道，和房間是匹配的，讓老闆調了一個蹲廁的房間，挺好。
