The room was quite clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The robot delivering meals right to your door was super convenient. Plus, there's a laundry room and a small gym on the 4th floor. The breakfast at the restaurant offered a decent variety, and if you're leaving early, you can tell the front desk beforehand and they'll prepare a takeaway breakfast for you, which is very convenient. There's also a vending machine in the lobby, so you can grab some snacks in the evening.

The hotel service was very warm and welcoming. We were offered a cup of hot tea upon check-in, which left a great first impression. The staff proactively informed us about the platform's promotions and our benefits. When my mom had trouble using the dryer, they responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly. Upon checkout, they gave us two fridge magnets as gifts. The hotel offers great value for money, and the overall experience was excellent. It is located right next to the National Cryptography Bureau, and there's also Yinzhao Harmony Square nearby for shopping. I would definitely consider staying at this Hotel again on my next trip to Beijing—thumbs up! Late-night milk treat: They also offer free fresh milk at night.
