They helped with luggage when getting in and out of cars, and even carried bags for us when the road outside the hotel entrance was under construction. They could have easily left it at the lobby desk for self-pickup, like many other hotels do. They consistently did many extra things that made us feel very well taken care of. The airport shuttle, a Coaster-like vehicle, was comfortable and never crowded for both trips. The room facilities were excellent, and the interactive area with alpacas and squirrels in the middle was very cozy and adorable.
