Ascott properties in Beijing

The room layout was a bit long and narrow, which I wasn't used to, but it did have its advantages – the sound of the washing machine didn't bother the bedroom. The gym and pool were both very spacious, and the fitness facilities were comprehensive, even including a billiards table, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was standard, and the service was quite good.

Years later, I returned to Ascott and the experience was just as good as I remembered. After booking, I called the front desk with a few requests, and they assured me they would note them down and fulfill each one. Upon check-in, the front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded my room and my elderly companion's room, and told us to contact them anytime if we needed anything during our stay, as the apartment has staff on duty 24 hours a day. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was excellent. While doing laundry, I wasn't familiar with how to use the washing machine, so I called the front desk twice. Staff came up quickly both times and patiently explained how to use it. The housekeeping staff even proactively provided us with a drying rack. All the staff at the apartment were very friendly; they greeted guests like family, which was truly heartwarming. Many thanks to all the staff at the apartment – my family and I will definitely be 'coming home' again!
