Echarm properties in Beijing

The location is good. The subway entrance is right outside, and there are many shared bicycles available. It's also right next to security checkpoint 4 for flag-raising, although there are a lot of tour groups. However, getting a taxi can be a pain because of the traffic control! The hygiene, though, is just so-so, and the room isn't very big. It really depends on personal preference.

I chose this hotel because I was on a business trip to Beijing from overseas and also wanted to get acupuncture at a nearby hospital. Initially, I was drawn to its excellent location; it's not only very convenient for taxis, but there's also a bus stop right outside (literally steps from the entrance), making green travel a breeze. The hotel's facilities are also very new, and the front desk staff, especially the beautiful female assistant manager, left a deep impression. It truly felt like a home away from home! Since this hotel belongs to a chain, they offer many convenient amenities, such as trial-sized hair oil and facial cleanser, which were all fantastic! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, and everything is quite good. However, the smart toilet's automatic flush stopped working, though it didn't really affect its use. Hygiene: Pretty good overall. The only minor issues were a wad of waste paper behind the bathroom door and two or three long hairs on the floor. Everything else was perfectly fine. Environment: The hotel is located near the Third Ring Road. This area used to be a small wholesale market, but after its relocation, it's become much quieter. Bus stops to various attractions and large shopping centers are just a five to six-minute walk from the hotel, and the subway station is probably about a ten to fifteen-minute walk away. Additionally, there are many restaurants on the nearby Jingtai Road, including Muslim eateries like Ya'er Liji and Loulan Du. Service: Excellent. From the front desk to all other staff members, everyone was very polite. They greeted me every time we met, actively responded to any issues, and even proactively upgraded my room, which I really appreciate! The breakfast was also good, and the young woman serving there was very courteous!

Great location, close to Bejing West train station and room is well designed. Bed is comfy. Walls a bit thin so you may here the neighbours. Very good staff. Cleaning ladies are helpful and fast. The staff at the reception helped me with finding a tailor, buying tickets for the the forbidden city,…. Great staff. Price is very good for the package you get from my pov. The park around the corner invites for walks and getting some rest from the city life.
