Four Points properties in Beijing

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and it's close to attractions like Sanlitun. Steven, who checked me in, was incredibly friendly and spoke softly. He thoughtfully provided tips for getting around and reminded me about breakfast times. His attention to detail was evident everywhere, and he handled the check-in process efficiently without any delays. The comfortable service significantly reduced my travel fatigue. Highly recommend!

We actually booked this twin room for five consecutive nights, but the reservations were split. A detailed review can be found under the check-in date of June 6th. We also booked a family room at the front desk, which included one large bed and one small bed, along with a dining table. It was very spacious, offering more comfort and room for a family. The service from other staff members was consistent with my previous review, so I won't go into further detail here.

A special thanks to Manager Qu for arranging such a great room for us. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, with thoughtful details from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Definitely a full five-star review! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to the subway and commercial areas, making it easy to get around and find food. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or a short trip.
