Top facilities and I have a good rest in between flight. Comfortable bed and very clean with perfect view. I arrived early and they let me check in.They assigned fifth floor the highest floor and the view is good. The best is they also have washer and dryer that you can use it for free. The machine are top notch with detergent included. Breakfast is adequate. I wish the receptionist smile more and even we cant really communicate much in English but that doesn't stop you from friendly..We don't bite and is okay if you don't speak perfect English.. body language also possible to communicate clearly. ๐

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right by Wangfujing Street, next to the Beijing People's Art Theatre, and only 500 meters from the National Art Museum of China, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and hygienic, a good size, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The hotel also offers essential services like laundry. The staff are warm, attentive, professional, and dedicated, making for a fantastic stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal place to stay.
I checked into this expensive hotel very late that day. I saw that it was newly opened so I booked it. We were assigned room 109 and were told the door was broken and hadn't been fixed yet so the room card might not work if we went out, which was not a problem. The key is that the hygiene is not very good. There is some garbage on the floor next to the bed as soon as you enter the door. There were water stains and hair on the bathroom floor. But after seeing that the bed was clean, I didn't go to the front desk. I guess the cleaning lady just replaced the supplies and forgot to mop the floor. Although newly opened hotels have good facilities, they will soon become deteriorating if they are not properly maintained. Also, we have children with us. The front desk did not take the initiative to provide children with supplies.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station. Even though it's in a busy area, the neighborhood is incredibly quiet, and the room has excellent soundproofing. If you prioritize easy access and a good night's sleep, don't miss this place. The hygiene details are impeccable; the toilet and sink are sparkling clean. The bedding is fresh and comfortable, and the bed is huge and super comfy, allowing for complete relaxation.

There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and it's also close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. The room rate is reasonable. The only downside was that the heating in our room was a bit insufficient, but we were warm enough after adding an extra blanket. The front desk staff were very attentive and friendly. Because we were traveling with our child and returned late, they kindly extended our check-out time by two hours free of charge, which was very considerate. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and tasted quite good. Of the three different chain hotels I've stayed at in Beijing, I think this one offered the best value for money, and I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

My four-night stay was an excellent experience overall.
Let's start with the pros:
1. **Security**: The hotel offers excellent security. A driver provides pick-up and drop-off services from the subway station every half hour between 8 AM and 10 PM. Food deliveries are handled discreetly: delivery staff bring items to the front desk, and a robot then delivers them directly to your room, ensuring guests are not disturbed.
2. **Cleanliness**: The rooms are exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-lit. Housekeeping tidies up daily after guests head out. For longer stays, there's a convenient laundry room downstairs equipped with washing machines that also have a drying function.
3. **Service**: The staff are incredibly service-oriented. Both the front desk team and the housekeepers are very thoughtful and professional. Housekeeping respects personal space, never moving belongings unnecessarily and leaving unfinished drinks untouched. Any items forgotten during check-out are immediately reported to the front desk for verification. The front desk even proactively suggested calling them directly for urgent matters, as message replies might be delayed.
4. **Value for Money**: It offers excellent value for money. As a Hanting hotel under the Huazhu Hotels Group, its prices are very competitive; similar double rooms in other hotels typically cost around 500, making this a much more affordable option.
Now for a couple of minor drawbacks:
1. **Location**: The hotel's location is somewhat remote. The walk from the subway station to the hotel can feel quite deserted, especially if you arrive after 10 PM and miss the hotel's shuttle service, which could raise some safety concerns.
2. **Drying Clothes**: While hangers are provided, there isn't a convenient place to dry clothes (just a small hook flush against the wall, not near a window), making it inconvenient for laundry.
As it was my first time in Beijing, I found the overall experience very pleasant. Getting a good rest is crucial when traveling to have the energy to explore, and this hotel certainly provided that. I highly recommend the Hanting Baliqiao branch.
I'm a returning guest. I stayed here for a month in 2021, and with the US Embassy right across the street, security is definitely not a concern. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Liangmaqiao subway station, making it very convenient to get to many places. This time, I came to visit the Beijing Auto Show and decided to stay here again.
There are plenty of dining options nearby on Xiaoyun Road or Liangmaqiao Road, making the overall location very convenient. Hanting's service has always been excellent; the housekeepers and front desk staff are all friendly and welcoming.
I didn't take many photos, especially since it's a sensitive area with armed police, so it's best not to take pictures near the hotel. I'll just share a few photos of the surroundings and the auto show.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the Temple of Heaven. You can even see it from the upgraded rooms. It's also very close to Line 8 of the subway, making it super convenient to get to various attractions and performance venues. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the front desk and housekeeping staff are all very enthusiastic. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay, and I brought my mother-in-law to see Beijing. The experience was just as satisfying as the first time. We even received a welcome gift upon check-in! The location is incredibly convenient. The room's cleanliness was meticulous and thorough, and the facilities were complete and functioned perfectly. There was plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was good. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, providing excellent service. The convenient location makes getting around a breeze. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended, definitely five stars!

I have had a 1-night stay at this HanTing Hotel (Beijing South Railway Station Center) from 30 to 31 March 2026.
The Hotel is located near the Beijing South Railway Station, which is only a 10-minute walk away. As I was staying a night just to catch a train ride to Nanjing, so I did not notice much about the neighbourhood of the Hotel.
The Hotel itself is not old and run down. It has a modest lobby. It is generally clean and maintained. The hotel staff are polite and helpful.
The hotel room that I have booked is not small, about 250 sq ft. The decoration is modern and simple, and I know that there is no window in this particular room, and the air conditioner was not working (but fortunately the weather was quite cooling). It is certainly spacious and clean, but it does not have a proper wardrobe, the proper vanity top is outside the shower room that is separated from the WC. The water pressure is weak and it does not provide for a comfortable showers. The firm mattress and pillows are comfortable for my liking.
I do not find it value for money at SGD S$66 per night without breakfast, and I am unlikely to stay here again if I tour Beijing again in the future.
