Holiday Inn Hotels in Beijing

Obviously was once a great hotel and you can see the high quality fittings from a bygone era. Needs a freshen up , it smells like 20 years of living in the polluted Beijing of the past ( well my room did) The staff were great and facilities Excellent! A much needed freshen up of rooms would make it 5 stars all the way. The area is great with loads of high quality restaurants close.

The beverage area in the lobby is beautifully decorated, with a touch of green bamboo. The room is also very nice. Manager Gu at the front desk contacted me in advance to arrange a room for me. I was quite satisfied. The room attendant also gave me a mouse pad. The front desk also quickly issued the invoice for me and sent it to my mobile phone. It was a good experience.

I stayed four nights at the hotel. At check-in, I was upgraded to the business executive floor which is on the highest floor on the 41st. The hotel seems newly renovated and the room was very comfortable. The area is not too busy and the hotel is not noisy- perfect for people who just want to relax. The customer service was excellent. I left my jacket in the room after check-out and the front desk staff, Liam, helped to coordinate the delivery of the jacket to me. Overall, a wonderful experience that deserves a five star rating.

Overall, a very nice experience staying here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff made the stay welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. Only small issue was that we couldn't really use or enjoy the pool because of constant swim lessons. Overall, however, a great place.

I am really satisfied with staying in this hotel. The front desk staff are always enthusiastic to help communicate and solve any problems. Especially Xin Wenwen's service is very nice. The gym and room facilities are very complete. Full marks💯

Just got back from an awesome trip to Beijing and have to give a shoutout to the hotel where we stayed. The place was super nice, the pool was perfect for cooling off, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Joseph Wang, who totally went above and beyond for us. He's in charge of guest services and helped us plan out our sightseeing, recommending some amazing spots to spend an evening away from the main streets. Thanks to him, we got to experience the real Beijing, not just the touristy stuff.

The hotel is pretty good. I especially want to give a big thumbs up to the front desk staff Zora! From the moment I checked in at the front desk, they always had a warm smile on their faces, patiently answered my various questions about surrounding transportation and dining, and also recommended great local food. When I encountered a small problem in the middle, they responded quickly and helped to solve it immediately. Their attitude was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. When I checked out, they also took the initiative to ask if I needed luggage storage. The details are full of care, which made me feel at home. I will choose this place without hesitation next time I come!
