Holiday Inn properties in Beijing

Traveling to Beijing again this summer with my child, I once again chose the Tiantan Zhongcheng Holiday Hotel, where we've stayed many times before. It's a charming independent courtyard, a hidden gem. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making us feel right at home. They upgraded our room and even provided a complimentary breakfast for my child, which we really appreciated. Since we were staying for a week, housekeeping also provided a drying rack for our clothes. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even had a kids' corner that my child loved. The freshly made wontons were also quite good. On the day of departure, due to a late flight, the front desk kindly arranged a late check-out for us. The service was thoughtful and the quality was consistently high.

I chose this hotel for a business trip and was very satisfied overall. The front desk check-in was efficient, and Anna provided professional and thoughtful service. The room was spacious with ample desk space and stable internet, which was very convenient for work. The hygiene was excellent, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making for a great washing experience. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, saving time and effort for commuting. The overall comfort level was superb, making it my top choice for business travel.

I had an excellent stay at the Metropark Lido Hotel Beijing during the Dragon Boat Festival. The service was thoughtful and warm, and I especially want to commend Alisa Wang, Zongxue, and Xiao Yu! Alisa Wang at the front desk was enthusiastic and polite, following up throughout my check-in process and providing detailed explanations. Her service was attentive, proactively anticipating my needs, and showing genuine care everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere for the Dragon Boat Festival. The staff were professional and gentle, making my entire stay hassle-free. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling, highly recommended!

The hotel boasts a modern, minimalist design that feels both cozy and luxurious. 👍 Stepping into the room felt just like coming home, so relaxing and comfortable. ❤️ The bedding 🛏️ was soft and plush, and my child, tired from playing, fell asleep peacefully in no time. 😴 The bathroom was immaculately clean with a wet/dry separation, and the smart mirror even had a built-in light. Toiletries were comprehensive, and they thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes – every detail was well-considered. 👍 The self-service breakfast offered a super rich selection, and the food was delicious. Both adults and children could find something they loved! 👍 There's even an astronomical telescope on the 16th floor. You can enjoy the views during the day and stargaze at night – an absolutely fantastic experience! 👍 My child also got their own special kids' room key card, and they were so excited to swipe it themselves to enter the room. Plus, there's a robot delivery service, which was both novel and fun! 👍 The gym and laundry room are well-equipped, making it very convenient for travelers. Upon check-out, we even received a cute pony 🐎 plush toy, which my child adored all the way home! ❤️

The room was nice, a bit old, but very clean and tidy. There was a small vegetable garden and a cat kennel nearby where you could pet the cats for free. The cats were very well-behaved and clean, and the children loved them. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the check-out process. When we went to check out, the receptionist stared at the plush toy my daughter was holding—something we had brought with us—for a long time without saying anything. She didn't say anything when collecting the room key either. Only after we had walked away did she suddenly ask if we had taken it from the hotel room. I think that if she didn't know it wasn't in the room, then she wasn't very professional. If she wanted to ask, she should have asked when we handed over the room key. Asking so loudly after we had walked away, as if we had taken something from the hotel, is that polite? This needs improvement.

Friendly and helpful service with nice accomodation. Receptionists are opened to help you with any necessary needs. The view is amazing and room was clean and cozy. Would highly recommend it for 1-2 nights staying. - 25 min by taxi to center with all popular sightseeing places. - 25 min from Airport PEK

Facilities: Very modern. Cleanliness: Tidy and spotless. Environment: The room was spacious. Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly polite and always had a smile on their faces, which made me feel so welcome. I especially want to commend a specific front desk staff member. The hotel's latest check-out time is 2 PM, but I was in Beijing for the ”Voice Wonderland” awards ceremony, which was delayed until 3 PM. The front desk staff specially requested and got approval from their supervisor to extend my check-out time. I'm truly grateful! 🙏 Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay at the Starlight Holiday Hotel again.😊

The room was clean and tidy. The lobby manager provided very attentive and thorough service. The overall environment was elegant, and the facilities were complete and comfortable. Every time I come to Beijing, I choose to stay at Changfeng Holiday Hotel because it's convenient and reassuring.
