Ok the room was clean, a little tired but clean
The hotel staff were friendly and polite, English language via translation app which I’m comfortable with.
The low score is due to the disgusting carpet in the common areas including hallways. Specifically level 3 it was NEVER cleaned it has stains everywhere. Gross
The location is OK not great, yes subway is close but not a lot of good restaurants around.
The dirty carpet is really bad and should be replaced, I would not return until the carpet is replaced.

Very cosy room with all I needed. The staff was really nice and the hotel was in a good position, 8/10 minutes away from two subway stations and close to a shopping center. The only negative thing was the smell of smoking that I suppose come from the bathroom (not a big deal). Overall I was really happy with my stay and I suggested the hotel.

The room was clean, no odd smells and soundproofing was okay too. The receptionist is really nice. The room I first got had really loud noise from the air-conditioning but they moved me to another room which don't have that issue. Well, the room is really small but that was expected before I booked the hotel, I'm satisfied with the room. The only thing is the location, great location which is close to subway station but far from attractions. I guess that is the reason that this hotel is cheaper than those that are closer to attractions.

The room is very clean, they provide towels, small disposal towel, kettle, room slippers, body soap, hairdryer in the room. For tooth brush, tooth paste & comb & cup you can get it near the counter & they clean & change towel everyday. You can do laundry for free & they provide detergen too. Near metro Pingleyuan exit B, the hotel beside china bank & there's supermarket beside it too. Great choice!

I was finished my trip in China for one month, now I’m home and have time to write reviews for my hotel in Beijing. I had no things to complain because everything was perfect such as the location was very good, just 5 minutes walking to metro, local marker at down stairs, staff were very friendly, enthusiastic helping, room was cleaned, the room rate were exceptable. I really recommend if you travel to Beijing. Trip.com is very great app to book every thing there. I was pleasure to stay this hotel.

Staff are nice, all comm is through translate apps. It's clean. Wifi does not work (and your own esim/roaming signal is also really bad inside the building) - that was my constant frustration. The location is fine for BJ, there's everything nearby and the metro station for lines 7 and 14

Location was good - very close to the subway and a huge shopping mall. However a big negative aspect was the room stank of cigarette smoke even though the hotel room policy was no smoking. It was very unpleasant as a non-smoker. I did enjoy the robot buzzing around the hotel although not entirely sure what robot’s job was.

The staff is very kind and helpful, super convenient location with the subway being so close and great food nearby as well as a big mall just a short 10min walk away.The room was pretty nice as well. I had a good stay .
