房子內部比圖片還精緻，裝修簡約又温馨，每個角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點異味，床品和洗漱用品都是全新的質感，睡着特別舒服。設施也超齊全，廚房廚具、洗衣機、WiFi樣樣到位，網速飛快，辦公刷劇都不卡頓，完全像在自己家一樣自在。
房東人也特別好，回覆消息秒回，入住前詳細告知了入住流程和注意事項，還貼心分享了周邊的遊玩攻略，遇到問題也第一時間幫忙解決，全程沒有任何糟心事。性價比真的超高，比同價位的酒店寬敞太多，私密性也更強，不管是情侶出遊、朋友結伴還是家庭出行都很合適。
已經把房子推薦給身邊的朋友了，下次來還住這裏，真心推薦給大家！

衞生做的很好，房間佈置乾淨整潔，被褥都非常乾淨，細節方便打掃的一絲不苟，因為我是有點潔癖非常注重衞生這方便！兩個衞生間都可以洗澡，滿足我們家庭成員多的人住，洗漱不用等待！房間也非常安靜！

房子最大的問題就是臨街。而且是一條非常吵得大馬路。第一次跟房主聊天，就問得臨不臨街，房主直接撒謊了。而且多次強調安靜，房主説安靜。那條大馬路一直轟隆隆，各種鳴笛，半夜也是，因為是條主幹道。不怕吵的可以。

説實話我是一個比較懶的人，很少給別人寫評論，但這次入住體驗真的非常不錯。兩個衞生間都可以洗澡，房間五個床還配有麻將機 ，有小童帳篷，有投影，在外面玩累了回來玩會麻將很是愜意，孩子們非常喜歡這個小童帳篷，邊玩邊看投影簡直就是家庭電影院！房東在我們入住前很細心把空調提前為我們打開確實很暖心，值得推薦這家民宿，不會踩坑！#民宿讓人有種像家的温馨 #房間寬敞舒適 #房東服務熱情周到

服務熱情周到，房東專門到小區門口接我們，還熱情介紹美食街、乘車位置！房間整潔，超大，二樓房間還有投影，妥妥的家庭影院！性價比超高，4張大床，一家人住了4天3晚，可以做飯，可以洗衣服，可以外賣，比酒店方便多了便宜多了！下次有機會還來
