Strategic location, walking distance to temple of heaven and train station. Room is spacious. Neighbourhoods is quiet and peaceful

Hotel was good, The stay is with mixed feelings, breakfast and room was super good ands the staff were friendly. Hotel is not suited for foreigners, they can’t speak English and don’t really understand the translator concept. Check-in and checkout was for the staff and me confusing.

The location a bit odd and not so convenient as surroundings only have 1 restaurant ( food nice but quite expensive) and 1 small convenient store.
The hotel very nice smell in the lobby and some male staff is willing to help upon request ( transportation related)
The lady staff in charge of breakfast during my stay ( 14~ 19 Mar 25) is very friendly and helpful and allow us to take away the extra eggs/ steam food when I asked for ( my son not feeling well, so eat a little during breakfast time); the cleaner like never clean my room ( toilet paper finished also never replaced)
Room ok, but no free movie as we are not their member… washing machine is quite clean any
dry faster within 50 mins. Overall, 6/10 for my stay

room was clean, staff were friendly. Food delivery will be sent by robot as well, making it convenient.

it was clean and the service was so good, you can order food delivery and the robot will send it up to your room, very convenient and friendly. since it is nearby TIANTAN you can walk to there and visit

Great location 10 mins walks to tiantan station, 10 mins walks to temple of heaven. Reception was great specially the front office manager Ms. Zhang super helpful and friendly. Will come back to stay again and will recommends friends.
