The room is a simple luxury style with Hermes color matching, comfortable and warm. You can see the lake view from the room, or you can go out from the first-floor trail to enjoy the multi-angle lake view. It is very beautiful in the winter sunset! The hotel is suitable for parents and children. There is a small swimming pool for children, a children's playground, an outdoor sand pit and sports facilities, and a lake view train (charged separately). The desserts in the lobby bar taste OK, which are quite satisfactory. There is a raspberry one that is quite delicious. The breakfast is relatively rich, with everything you should have. The noodles are not chewy, the fried rice is relatively dry, and the others are good. Focus on praising the service! I don’t know if it’s because there are holiday ambassadors on vacation, all the service staff are just right and enthusiastic, very attentive to the guests, and they are proactive services! Especially there is a little girl named Jin in the outdoor sky mirror on the first floor. In the windy days below zero, she not only has to watch over everyone’s safety next to the sky mirror, but also provides services to help take pictures! The little girl's hands were red from the cold, but she was still full of energy to take pictures for all the tourists. She didn't just do it because of the cold. Instead, she actively took more pictures for the guests and chatted with them while taking pictures, which provided a lot of emotional value! I have stayed in many parent-child luxury hotels in Yanqi Lake and Beijing, and it is rare to have such service. The last one was probably Wugang Junlan. I hope the hotel can keep it up!
