Location is away from most amenities, which is expected being beyond the 5th ring road in Beijing. However, this is a good location for conferences, having sizeable conference halls and good experience with event hosting and management.
Housekeeping service is patchy and should not be compared with a regular hotel. Cleaning of rooms and changing of sheets is not a given and should be requested from the service counter daily. However the rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. I did have problems with the air conditioning for which a change of room is needed. Might not be a good idea to stay during the hot summer months.
Service is generally good and they are very obliging with requests. However, this should not be compared with the 5 star hotels within the 2nd and 3rd ring roads and they are also not priced like this, which is generally reasonable.

設施陳舊。住的三號樓，進門沒找到電梯，前台也沒有服務員。爬樓梯上了二樓，才發現，這邊是會議區，沒有客房，要下去爬另外的梯。客房藏在大會議廳的側面門裡，如果沒有其他好心客人的指點，根本找不到。
客房服務電話永遠沒人接。打前台電話，就説讓打客房服務，推諉。
衞生，衞生間放紙的格子裏都是土，放進去紙，拉出來就是灰色的，最後紙放在馬桶水箱上。衞生間門框上趴着一個半指長的蟲子，近看，已經風乾了。
早點除了現煮的餛飩，全部都是涼的，特別是主食。

1、前台服務員專業素養有待提高，1日晚入住時， 一邊給客人辦入住一邊説話嘴裏吧唧吧唧的嚼着口香糖，基本的禮儀都沒有，別説前台了，任何服務行業都不會允許。
2、看評論已經對停車收費這事很多客人吐槽了，居然現在還收，周邊不是商業區，來這的不是開會的就是參加婚禮的，頭一次聽酒店停車收費，掉價！恰。強烈建議攜程介入管一下。
3、房間隔音差，空調不能開，開了轟隆隆的響的嚇人！

沒有拍照 衹能説房間真是觸目驚心！一進門一股煙味，鏡子是破的 還是用透明膠隨便粘着。淋浴間都是陳年老漬。廁所都是煙灰。床邊還有煙頭，地上一層灰。設施老舊，類似私人招待所了。還300多一間房也是沒誰了！在北京住的最差的酒店，沒有之一！要不是會議點在這邊絕對不會定這一家！

位置有點遠，不過性價比很高，房間設施齊全，體驗不錯。周邊道路在修，旁邊很多吃喝的地方，非常方便，離地鐵站可走路到達
